Went to tropical smoothie at 8:30pm they don’t close until 9pm all I needed was a smoothie for a pregnant lady who really wanted a smoothie pulled around to the window to see 2 workers already cleaning they looked at me and looked away didnt say hey we closed early because etc. If you don’t want to be open til 9pm change your closing hours to 8 or 8:30pm no need for false advertising and getting people hopes up won’t be back to this tropical smoothie If this is how you run a business

We stopped in about 30 minutes to closing & were greeted cheerfully & served very pleasantly!! I got a Beach Bum with Dark Chocolate & I swear, it was the best one I'd ever had! This is a very nice restaurant, I'd definitely return!!

I usually come to this Tropical Smoothie Cafe for their açaí bowls—they're typically fresh and really good. But lately, the experience has gone downhill.
Last time, I placed an order through DoorDash and went to pick it up myself. When I got there, they hadn’t even noticed the order had come in, so I had to wait around while they made it. Not a huge deal, but definitely inconvenient.
Today, I was really craving an açaí bowl again. I debated going since it’s a 15-minute drive with traffic around 6 p.m., but I decided to give it another shot. When I got there, the girl working the drive-thru had a really rude attitude. On top of that, they didn’t even have any açaí bowls available. I decided to try a different bowl instead, hoping it’d still be decent.
Once I got home and started eating, it tasted okay at first—until I got to the pineapple. It was immediately clear something was off. The pineapple tasted like it had been left out and gone bad. It was sour, rancid, and even smelled awful.
I'm honestly really disappointed. I drove 30 minutes round-trip just to be met with bad service, no açaí bowls, and food that tasted spoiled. Total waste of time and money.

Never have I seen such a disorganized place we order our smoothies and wraps when we saw the receipt there was one drink on there that we did not order and we got our wraps and one of our wraps was not the right one so I’m not very happy with my experience.

Went for the first time 2 weeks ago..the 16 year olds that apparently run this place gave me an acai bowl with nothing in it. I told then and they were very nice, told me to come back and they would hook me up with free bowl. Nice! So I go back today and cash that with no problems even got another bowl for later. I get a container with an expired expiration date! Today is the 28th and yes I know just 1 day but this makes me wonder about the milk and yogurt they are serving! Gross..I gave them a second chance and that's it. Never again

This place was great when it first opened, but the service has gone down recently. I ordered a super green Caesar salad and a detox green smoothie and my salad came with just lettuce and a few tomato slices, no chicken?! My husband’s food came out fine, but his smoothie was short, meaning almost 1/4 of his cup wasn’t full! Our smoothies have recently been coming with chunks of ice in them as well. I want to like them, but the service, quality, and price just aren’t worth it anymore. :/
