This is by far the best tropical smoothie cafe i've ever been to. I drive in eighteen wheeler. 48 states, I live on these places. This particular location stands out substantially.

I’ve ordered twice here for a flipping Nutella Açaí bowl and never give Nutella. Like read the flipping label!!! They never seem to get stuff right here

I've been to several locations in florida and few other states always get the peanut buttercup not sure why but this is by far the worst always got extra peanut butter, and chocolate can't taste nothing. 😔

As an out-of-towner, I was pleasantly surprised to get my drink made perfectly. Their Sunrise Sunset is flawless, but don’t sleep on the sweet potato dish—it’s absolutely delicious!

I got this smoothie delivered to me through DoorDash and I am disappointed on the restaurants end. I have gotten food from here before in person and everything went well but ordering was a different experience. Right away upon receiving I realized that there was no safety seal over the lid, and no remains to prove that it had fell or been taken off. I understand they may have been busy and rushing but this is unsanitary and unsafe on tropical smoothies end.

Went to tropical smoothie at 8:30pm they don’t close until 9pm all I needed was a smoothie for a pregnant lady who really wanted a smoothie pulled around to the window to see 2 workers already cleaning they looked at me and looked away didnt say hey we closed early because etc. If you don’t want to be open til 9pm change your closing hours to 8 or 8:30pm no need for false advertising and getting people hopes up won’t be back to this tropical smoothie If this is how you run a business

We stopped in about 30 minutes to closing & were greeted cheerfully & served very pleasantly!! I got a Beach Bum with Dark Chocolate & I swear, it was the best one I'd ever had! This is a very nice restaurant, I'd definitely return!!
I usually come to this Tropical Smoothie Cafe for their açaí bowls—they're typically fresh and really good. But lately, the experience has gone downhill.
Last time, I placed an order through DoorDash and went to pick it up myself. When I got there, they hadn’t even noticed the order had come in, so I had to wait around while they made it. Not a huge deal, but definitely inconvenient.
Today, I was really craving an açaí bowl again. I debated going since it’s a 15-minute drive with traffic around 6 p.m., but I decided to give it another shot. When I got there, the girl working the drive-thru had a really rude attitude. On top of that, they didn’t even have any açaí bowls available. I decided to try a different bowl instead, hoping it’d still be decent.
Once I got home and started eating, it tasted okay at first—until I got to the pineapple. It was immediately clear something was off. The pineapple tasted like it had been left out and gone bad. It was sour, rancid, and even smelled awful.
I'm honestly really disappointed. I drove 30 minutes round-trip just to be met with bad service, no açaí bowls, and food that tasted spoiled. Total waste of time and money.

The young lady at the cash register was spectacularly helpful in fixing my online order and also speedy to deliver. I’ll certainly become a repeat customer
