Tsaôcaa St Augustine: Fried chicken, Smoothie

Super clean and wonderful generous lady who might have been the owner. Great service too. Will come back always. Ordered large and gave us the ultra large.

I’m a local and I used to come to this shop often and racked up my punch card which specifically said I get the 10th drink free. I remember the owner telling me one time on my 10th drink that it wasn’t free, that the 11th drink was free. I was stunned and didn’t fight it. The second time around I came with both the punched out card from my husband and mine. I was supposed to be picking up my 10th drink for both for free. I knew the owner would fight me on it so I made up my mind to go in to argue because the card says the 10th is free… not the 11th; the 10th. The lady wouldn’t budge. I even went through the numbers 1st, 2nd, 3rd..9th, 10th. 10th drink free! She said that’s not how it worked. I gave up and just asked “well you punched out all the slots even the 10th on on this card, does that mean the next one is free if I come in with this fully punched out card?” She said yes. The guy behind the counter was laughing as I loudly spoke with my friend about my experience over the phone and made sure they heard I was unhappy. I’m not returning here. I won’t even look at the shop. I’d rather go to the one in Jax.

Just wanted to pass by for a quick boba milk tea. Did not disappoint! Delicious!

Service was really bad, they served people no respect the line also had a rough speech to me.

This is one of my favorite places .Great selection of teas and fruit drinks, delicious chicken, and the staff is wonderful!

UNBELIEVABLE. I found a sharp piece of steel
wool wire in my milk tea today. How does that even happen? This is disgusting and dangerous. I could have swallowed it! Zero stars for hygiene. Do better. Never going back.

Best boba tea and food in town!!

Absolutely loved the waffles! One was plenty to share for two, each pillow was a soft inside with a crisp shell. The boba drinks were good too!

Came in for some snacks and ordered the popcorn chicken and the meat was tough to eat very dissatisfied. The mango pomelo was good though. Also it automatically adds 15% tip to the total just FYI.

Just came through here, and ordered $40 worth of “taro” bubble milk teas. My family and I have had taro milk teas from at least 4 other places, and this tasted nothing like it. The tapioca pearls weren’t all that great, and the drink itself tasted like nothing but plain oat milk. The worst part wasn’t the drinks. It was actually the terrible customer service when my husband walked in with all 4 full drinks and asked for a refund, or to have a different flavor made (because maybe all 4 of our taste buds were off). He was met with a hostile attitude from the owner, and she said that we must just not like taro, and that she would only refund half of what we paid. Never coming here again. Blegh!

I love this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the boba is so good and refreshing! The management is always so kind and helpful. I just wish I lived closer 😅

Tsaocaa is my daughter's absolute favorite restaurant! They provide quick service and the food is amazing.

The Honey Garlic Chicken was delicious, and so was the egg waffle! The crunch of the chicken is otherworldly, and the boba is so good!

Any time I want a sweet treat I come here- absolutely fantastic boba, chicken, sweets, teas of all kinds. Delicious.
