No indication to seat yourself or wait. We sat ourselves. Thankfully someone was quick to great us. The drink we shared was a strawberry lemon drop. The first was good, the second was aright (stronger than the first). We shared a burger and fries for dinner. It was on Texas toast since they were out of brioche buns. Both were delicious. For dessert we shared key like pie. It was tart. The only thing to dull the tart was the whip cream. The drizzle and berries had no influence. We would come again for the burger. We do hope that on the next visit the menu has more options. The extended menu includes steak, and I think one other option.

Stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is located for a month. I ate there almost every night for dinner. Good food and great service. Big shout out to all the bar staff. Robin, Kelly, Amanda, and Thomas. Always friendly and great conversations.

This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. I honestly have no complaints. ALY definitely made my stay and time there absolutely amazing. Every employee was attentive and courteous and I honestly couldn’t ask for anything else. Thank you!

This place is has an awesome staff, rooms are fabulous. The pool is great as well it was really windy the day I went however it was still peaceful. It is short distance to lots of activities. Would definitely recommend to others.

The most horrible hotel stay of my life. Both the physical property and hotel operation were the worst I have ever experienced. I would rate this property a zero if an option. I spent 4 days without any food service except for brown paper bagged food brought to my door including a NY strip steak for $38 served with a plastic fork and knife which broke half way thru. The restaurant was not open for service until the last morning I was there. The room was dirty, the a/c unit loud and the vent grate filthy. No chair in the room contrary to the room photos except a hard office chair. Bathroom so dark you could hardly shave, tub rusted and spotted. TV only worked occasionally. Maid service was always late in the day even though the first three nights no one appeared to be in the hotel which was the reason there was no food service and they claimed “off season” BUT had that been posted on their web site I would have stayed at the Holiday Inn for 1/2 the cost and where services are not offered or expected. Desk service only spoke to excuses and never was proactive except to open the restaurant for me alone one day and then and later attempted to make me feel guilty that this “special” accommodation had been done for me as if food service in your hotel is somehow special? The physical property is in dire need of updating, the room rate I would call a “B” hotel but the rooms and physical property are “D to C” quality. The country flags at the main entrance are tattered and need replacing, the landscaping while at one time probably beautiful are only minimally maintained, a gutter is disconnected from a downspout at the side walk from parking and gushed water onto your head, At one of my attempts to have lunch and even though it appeared fully staffed I was told no service but I could order out, fine I ordered a burger but they would not provide a beer and although the bar was closed each day until late afternoon they directed me to the front desk to buy a beer. A first for me to see beer coolers at the front desk for all check ins to see. Weird. I checked out 10 days ago and have never received a bill or statement although I spent probably 1200 and it hit my CC, I have asked by phone and email repeatedly over the last week but they refuse to provide. Wonder why? I received a standard emailed review request from Marriott a week ago but my review has not been posted, I called they said 72 hours after submitting and that was about 5 days ago. Wonder why? They have not posted but 1 night of points even through I was there 4 nights? There may be a law against this? I have read multiple negative reviews that raise similar issues and others including over charges and rate reductions that were promised but never provided. This hotel is a sham and they are so accustomed to taking advantage of people without any thought about it, it seems to just be standard operating procedure with staff buy-in. I operate businesses and know how important customer service is but this hotel management, beginning at the top, truly does not care. They only want your money and offer little in return. Stay away.

My dinner here was absolutely fantastic. I ordered a Caesar salad and added shrimp-they were grilled and seasoned perfectly and the salad was perfectly dressed. My servers were lovely-go see them they both gave excellent service. The atmosphere is clean and relaxed, exactly what you need after ain't day of meetings!

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The restaurant & lobby bar are very nice. Rooms for most part nice. This stay, we thought it was a noisy AC unit. After dinner, turned down, turned off before bed. Still noisy. Constantly humming. All. Night. Long. Upon Check out, receptionist asked how stay was and I told her about noise in room, told her what we thought it was, how after dinner, after we were settled and ready for bed (after traveling 10 hours) how we turned off AC thinking it was a noice unit, she looked to where the room was and said “oh yes, your room was near the main electrical panel. That’s why it was humming all night long” I said, Gee, I didn’t realize you were booked last nite and had to but us in that room. No apology nor remorse. Yikes. How’s that for customer service. That’s not that Marriott way- so you know. By the way, staff at the lobby bar and “Starbucks” very nice and professional.

I recently stayed here with my wife and this hotel is absolutely perfect in everyway.our room was clean spacious and well appointed, the staffs are excellent and well informed on all the surrounding areas including golf restaurants and things to see and do and I would highly recommend this property for a golf vacation or a family vacation without hesitation.

Horrible customer service. Did not get the guaranteed 2 bed ADA room and was overcharged as well. I followed up with Theresa Polleschultz who was managing at the time, and Brandon Wynes who is the front desk manager. Both promised me I'd be credited back for incorrect charges like parking and that they'd do something to resolve the wrong room plus I even emailed both the details to no avail. When I followed up again with Brandon along with the email thread, he said he didn't recall anything and asked what the issue was about -unreal. Still with another reply I have no answers. Not only won't I be staying there again, I'll be sure my 3 local orgnizations pull support as well. As a disabled person ( not to mention lifetime Platinum member) I need my guaranteed room type to get around easily and I have contacted Marriott Corporate as well since it was a guarantee. I am disputing with the credit card company and I plan to fil a complaint with the state next. Warning to all ada, wheelchair, and accessibility customers out there!

I am writing this review after having used this hotel for over 20 years. I have watched this hotel go from a diamond in the Marriott crown to a shell of its former self. First let me say that the staff could not be more friendly, professional and accommodating. As many reviews have said, this hotel needs updating. Nothing has been done to it in over 20 years. Quite a few things have gotten worse. The food service on one Monday night had more drink than food options. Flabby Flatbread was, quite frankly, embarrassing. A " house salad " consisting of 59 cents worth of lettuce, 4 pieces of watermelon radish, some slices of onion, and 2 slices of cucumber for $10, really? Embarrassing. Small things have changed in the hotel. Probably not all important to many but the kind of things that make a 4 diamond hotel, a 3. Much of the wall paper and many of the doors are scuffed, plastic cups in the rooms (Ala The Fairfield Inn), ice machine standing by itself with no vending machines to keep it company, 32" TVs in the room, refrigerator doors that don't open fully because they rub on the carpet. I could go on.

This was our 10th stay here and all past ones, it was one of the best. The accomadations were the same highest one expects. The staff from the front door to check in and out were exceptionally polite, efficent and we were even offered a cold beverage and drink plus fresh fruit. This was a first for an 80 year old senior. The only negative experience was the water pressure on the 8th floor seemed to be very weak. Other then that we'll be back again for next spring event. Our stay was March 13th thru the 16th Thank You James DeGregoria

I've always wanted to try this hotel. We pass it all of the time on our way to Disney. Finally last weekend we had the chance to stop here for the night. I was surprised how poorly it was rated going into the stay. I'm Marriott platinum and wasn't upgraded at all. Our view was of the roof. Since I was there just for the night, it wasn't that big of a deal. When we got into our room I turned the TV on to catch the end of the hockey game. Turns out the TV didn't work at all. I could get some channels but for the most part it would just freeze up. That was super frustrating but it was too late at night to call somebody and it didn't look like an easy fix. The next morning I woke up and went to breakfast. It took forever for our food to arrive (like 30 minutes for a waffle). However the buffet was very good. I don't think they have enough elevators for the number of rooms. We were always waiting longer than normal for an elevator. When we went to go back into the room to get our stuff, we couldn't get in. Twice I went to the front desk to get a new key. Finally they sent the bellman up to let me into my room. Overall, i was disappointed by this hotel. It was probably nice when it was built but everything is falling apart now. It's definitely not worth the price they charge.
