The bathroom music is TWICE as loud as the rest of the store. I commented to the check out dude and he didn't seem to care. I also mentioned the men's room needs attention. Again he DID NOT care.

Never even have frozen coffee selections here, but go to wawa on US1 St. Augustine near the walmart there, they got whole slew of selection. What's going on with this sr16 location, makes no sense at all. I always have to go to other one when they do not wish to serve that when they got it.
UPDATE: Need to have ALL coffees brewed and ready for 5am peoples. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to brew coffees, most notably, French Vanella. No customers should wait for coffees when they should already been brewed and need to keep brewing for steady stream of nonstop coffees, I also find them delaying for no reasons, along with some excuses.

LOUD OBNOXIOUS ADVERTISING. I will never stop at this gas station again. When you try to pump gas, they play loud obnoxious advertising at the pump.

For the price you pay for food you should not have to stand there and open every order to make sure it’s correct… $7 for a ham and egg sandwich, How the hell do you miss the ham part at 4:30 am and no other customers in the store?? now stuck at work with a 7 dollar egg sandwich for the next 11 hours…

Fire whoevers boyfriend hugged his girl, then turned around and disrespected me in the line for checkout. Said to me "two words, hurry up" I should have turned around and bought gas just to waste more time. Just Disrespectful.

They never have frozen coffee!! I always have to go to Dunkin Donuts.
They're always out of tomatoes, hard bread instead of soft and fresh, and no matter what food item you click on half of the ingredients is "out of stock" and the Kiosk "complete order" button doesn't show up so we can complete our order and pay. Long headache order placing and we can't check out!
Avoid 1st Kiosk, it don't work.
Mix feelings about this location - sometimes it's a good visit and sometimes it's crap. At least the employees are friendly.
Many different food custom choices here. So far, everything is great. Tesla charging stations in the rear. Outdoor covered tables.

The Italian sub was delicious, and very flavorful.. will definitely get that again.. and my son liked the tuna sub, ... However, we didn't care for the pizza.. way too much garlic in the sauce and salty, not really any flavor besides that. .
