Worst location ever. Waited 20 mins to order because they were having a conversation about going on vacation or something. Will never come back. Then manager asked me to leave a 5 star review for a free frosty.. like dude really.

3/3 times i have went there just at midnight and they have the grill closed. “We dont have any beef tonight.” “Thats ok i want grilled chicken” “ we dont have grilled chicken” “tHeN WhAt dO yOu HaVe?!” Proceeds to list “deep fried” items only. The first two times I went there this dude said “we only have nuggets fries and Frosty’s”. People in Saint Augustine do not want to work and they are all sorry as hell. Closing early and not serving according to the hours

How can a Wendy's fast food restaurant run out of hamburger? Dave Thomas founded his chain on the Hamburger. The chicken they served us was over cooked and sat to long in the heater. All I have to say is, "WHERE"S THE BEEF?". Very poor quality at this Wendy's chain location.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Wendy's. Almost turned around when I got to the front door due to the cigarette on the ledge next to entrance and a very dirty front door but thougt well they must be busy. Someone came to the register after a few minutes. No hello or hi may I help you from any of the employees. ..it was as if they were doing me a favor by taking my order. Then no grilled chicken, served a coke but not the classic coke so went to get it replaced only to find they were out of coke. What did they give me? Coke zero is my guess. Did they think I wouldn't notice? Dining room was dirty. Employees going in and out of restaurant. No bye, come again, nothing when I left. Walked out and the person who served me the suspect coke was sitting outside on the ground by the entrance smoking and on the phone. I will never go there again. Horrible.

Zero stars. Dirty. Sooo dirty. The fryer area metal back splash looks like it's never been cleaned. They gave me katsup not in a packet so I threw away my food. Windows, doors, walls - all look like it's been a long time since clean. Surprising the womens toilet was "decent" but yeah gross gross gross. Dave founder is probably rolling in the grave.

We live less than a mile from this Wendy’s and wish they would get new management. For over two years now we have tried this place 4 times in hopes that they would improve. Went there tonight… no fries and no chicken, WHAT?????? Ordered two cheeseburgers and got home to find that it’s the size burger that’s in a kids meal. Someone please help this place!!!!
