Went there last night and the guy working at the drive through window was so kind! This is rare In Fast food anywhere! Kudos to this location he is definitely a keeper! I didn’t get his name but he was tall African American guy with a beard.

Restaurant is really filthy, to where I’m concerned about eating the food coming from the kitchen. And the dining room drink machine is out of order so they have to get your drink from the drive-through which all of the sodas that come from are flat.

So it is June 18 at 8:18 AM. I just came from this Wendy’s and I ordered Three honey chicken biscuits and three sausage biscuit sandwiches and when I get home, I Go to open my food and a wrappers and three sandwiches have no sausage on them! That’s a big mistake, and I will never be returned into it as Wendy’s. I just got off work and I was trying to get some breakfast for me and my family and they can’t even eat now because you don’t know how to put some patties on some bread! Worst experience ever!

I pulled up at the speaker box to be told they were taking one order at a time due to being short staffed, I’ve worked many late nights in fast food and I’ve never gotten away with that excuse before. After 5 minutes I was having a conversation with the man in the vehicle behind me and the Wendy’s employee came over the speaker and asked did I want his raw meat. Can’t make this stuff up.

The Wendy's in St. Augustine, the only one that's left, just seems to be poorly run like the others were. I was just there and waited just short of 5 minutes for somebody to answer on the drive-thru speaker. I finally said "Hello?" and they said hold on a moment. I waited another 5 minutes with no nothing because I'm patient that way, finally drove off and went to Burger King

Terrible, service personnel didn't even talk to you. The food was cold and not eatable. Complaining didn't make sense because they obviously give a damn.
