I pulled up at the speaker box to be told they were taking one order at a time due to being short staffed, I’ve worked many late nights in fast food and I’ve never gotten away with that excuse before. After 5 minutes I was having a conversation with the man in the vehicle behind me and the Wendy’s employee came over the speaker and asked did I want his raw meat. Can’t make this stuff up.

The Wendy's in St. Augustine, the only one that's left, just seems to be poorly run like the others were. I was just there and waited just short of 5 minutes for somebody to answer on the drive-thru speaker. I finally said "Hello?" and they said hold on a moment. I waited another 5 minutes with no nothing because I'm patient that way, finally drove off and went to Burger King

Waited over 20 minutes no food then handed wrong order
This place is FILTHY. We walked in and every single table was dirty and had dried soda all over it. Workers were nowhere to be found. The parking lot was covered in debris, trash, and potholes. This place needs a major overhaul from management. I recommend nothing. Keep driving and visit another restaurant.

At 2pm on a Saturday in the drive-through, it took over 15 min. to get my order of 2 sandwiches and a large fries. Then after they brought it to me, there were no fries. The food was slightly warm when I finally got it home.

We had a huge order for 7 people that was placed at the drive-thru. When we arrived at home, 2 burgers were missing. Tried calling the restaurant, and their phone line was constantly ringing, but no one answered. Can't even get help with a refund!
