Every. Single. Time we come here they are out of something. Rarely have baked potatoes after 6pm or they sell us only 1. Most frustrating part is i rarely come here maybe once a month. Today's visit, no coke or sprite. Last visit no fries. The Visit before that, no mild chicken nuggets.

This place is disgusting, every table in here was dirty. The lobby smelled the way a dumpster behind one of these places is supposed to smell. My girlfriend and I were tha only people there and still received subpar service and stale food. Avoid it y'all.

One star is being generous honestly, it doesn’t deserve any! The lady who took our order was sweet,and kind, helpful , the MOD was loud and obnoxious! It’s ok to be fun at work, but talking about money and about customer, and CURSING isn’t good! Bad Wendy’s, bad customer service, bad service all together! Cheeseburger was cold, fries cold nuggets cold! Best part was the frosty, and you can go wrong there! As I’m sitting there with my under age daughter, the MOD was staring at her making her extremely uncomfortable, we left needless to say, we didn’t stay ; as we got up to leave 4or 5 of the employees were watching us empty our trash! I get why it’s not a busy place to eat, definitely won’t be returning! What ever happened to “ if you have time to lean you have time to clean” !

I left immediately afterwards… There was a very nice lady at the counter, she’s the only good part of my experience

If I could leave 0 stars I would. There was a sweet lady working the front counter and it’s obvious she is very new. The manager on staff was rude, condescending and berated this new employee for still trying to learn how to use the computer. It was absolutely disgusting to see someone treat a human like that. Management needs to be fired- I can’t imagine how she treats the rest of the team. While sitting with my family to eat she continued to be rude to the new employee and it made for an awful experience. Shame on whoever put this person into a management role!

We arrived to eat at 8:00 pm on Friday Aug 9th 2024, and was refused entrance because a 16 year old was working the counter and told she had to take a break, so the dinning room was close and we can only use the drive thru. But we was afraid to order because the other 3 employees that we could see was not working and one was asleep on the table and I will not ever be back

The lady cashier is an airhead! We've visited a few times, my uncle ordered "son of baconator, plain, with shredded cheese" - not complicated at all yet the cashier doesn't understand no matter how many times you tell her, she's so dumbfounded therefore the sandwich comes out wrong and we have to argue with her again to get it corrected. Minutes later and now with a headache and anger the sandwich is corrected ..... by the sandwich making employee because that employee understands English!!
