I've come here multiple times and asked for my sandwich with no mayo I don't eat that disgusting garbage. I order my food correctly and yall ruin it every time, but im not coming back the 5th time to have it fixed im done have fun going out of buissness like your sister locations

Will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!! The Most disgusting place to eat in Saint Augustine ( at least this one)!!!! Food is WAY OVER-SHELF LIFE! Tables DISGUSTING. OUT OF 6 different sauces they only had 2 to offer! The person who came from the back to make my food ( who I would believe was the manager by the shirt he was wearing) DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS before making my food! I said something he told me GO HOME & Cook. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I happen to live close by this location so I frequent this store. The location is always clean. I’m not sure who is currently managing the store, but the staff is extremely friendly, always smiling and seems to work together really well. There hasn’t been any mistakes in my food for a very long time and when I came through the drive-through, I didn’t have to wait. on in the store, I’m extremely happy about it and plan to continue eating here regularly.

Worst fast food burger I think I’ve ever had. And I’m a die hard Wendy’s customer. The patties were so hard and dry it was like cardboard on a bun. Hardly any of the usual condiments were there either. Not that it matters because nothing could make that edible. Ended up giving most of it to my dog. They weren’t closing for another hour and there was 1 other vehicle in line, but I sat in the drive thru over 10 min for hockey pucks. No sides or anything.
The sandwich was horrible and they didn't melt the cheese.

I travel all over Florida and this is hands down the best fast food joint! Everything is fresh, fries are crispy and done. It takes a little bit to get the order but it's because they make it fresh and right. Not sloppy and fast. Definitely best kept gem off 16!

Ordered a biggie bag the chicken BLT and compared to every other Wendy's I've been to. They have me a decent size for the sandwich, service was amazing. Definitely coming back here. Thank you for the awesome service and the good amount of food for a biggie bag.
