I can’t get behind restaurants that only use kiosks for ordering. We were told this is the only way we could make an order from inside. The workers were more interested in being on their cellphones than working. I wonder how sanitary that was??? They were unfriendly and obviously hate their job. The food was okay, but the drink machine Coke was tasteless. While we sat there, we saw a man come in and ask about ordering. When he was told he had to use the kiosk, he left. Made me think, how many others have done that. I didn’t get a receipt or I would have done the survey. I should have left, I guess, but I seriously don’t think I’ve had a worse experience in a Wendy’s.

Absolute filth - the restaurant and the restrooms. The manager was sloppy and didn’t seem care. I couldn’t even order food, it was such a turn off. 🤢

It was right off highway 323 in Saint Augustine... Horrible wait time,weird restaurant set up, don't go if you're in rush

Would give it a zero if I could, live right behind this location and tried to order frosty twice differnt days, and they said the machine was down, mind you this was at 10:00 at night and they close at 12pm, the night shift is filled with young lazy kids who have already cleaned the machine 2 hours prior to closing, now if this happens 1 more time I will have no choice but to call corporate for denying customers their orders that they already paid for just because they are lazy

The burger came with Greenleaf or Romaine rather than iceberg as it shows.

Restrooms are not kept up well which usually is an indication of poor housekeeping overall

After eating my burger I ordered a frosty to go. 7 employees conversing and after 10 minutes I told them it was OK, I no longer wanted the frosty. I guess I did not need the calories anyway

we stopped in for lunch, the only option for ordering was the kiosk. we left, I can't believe that you don't give the option to order at the counter. Many older people have problems using kiosks

I really like this Wendy’s. Inside is clean, staff is exceptionally friendly, food is fresh. It’s a better fast food experience than the arches down the street.

Wow! My frosty is a frosty, just milky like shake. They need to tell people that machine is not ready and take selection temporarily off kiosk snd let people know in person at cashier as well. I'll "eat" or rather "drink" it this time, but it's not what I ordered.

I have cut out fast food for the most part but this morning I was hungry and in a rush so I stopped by on my way home. I got there not even 30 min after opening so I figured everything would be fresh.
The potatoes were barely warm but at least they were edible.
I got the sausage breakfast sandwich and it’s one of the worst things I’ve ever had. It was soaked in grease and the bread was so hard I could barely bite through it.
After taking my first bite I immediately spit it out and was so sick I couldn’t eat anything else.

I called multiple times with no answer, I went back and when I walked in the employees were sitting on stools in their phones and didn’t acknowledge me at all.
Then I walked up and told them the issue and the lady replied “well the English muffin is always a little hard it’s a muffin” which I corrected her that at least they’re edible in which this one was not. I told her I came in the morning and she said “oh yea the guy took your order he’s my boss I remember you” and I stated yea I got the 2 for 3.

Then she just said okay. I had to ask what could be done and she said I could order something else but I don’t want anything else so I asked for a refund and she said “well I don’t know how to do that” and I told her I didn’t want anything else.

At this point the other employee finally got off her phone and came over to help and asked what it was and the First Lady cut me off and said “I don’t know she won’t tell me” and I said I did say it multiple times.
She asked again and I told her 2 for $3 and the First Lady said “oh $3.20”

Then while they were getting my refund the lady kept talking about it and looking over at me.

Worst experience. Won’t be back.
