Leanne at the front cashier was the meanest person to a new employee. If I didn't have my daughter with me I would have confronted her about her behavior. There was a new teenage boy working the register and she kept on cutting him off, slapping his hand off the machine, and berating him while he tried to take our order. Not only was this completely disrespectful behavior to him, she has no regard to us standing there. If she treats people in front of customers that way, I can only assume she is worse behind closed doors. I really hope she is not a manager. She should not be training or managing no one. She should be fired for her behavior. For someone who works in marketing and brand awareness, this girl is the opposite of who you want working at your business. We won't be back and trust me, we are telling everyone we know what happend. Sorry Leanne, you will have to learn from your mistakes at some point. ~ a shocked and dissatisfied customer.

Guy working night shift is horrible, friend is deathly allergic to onions told him specifically no onions or mustard and put them on both sandwhiches, i ordered a triple cheeseburger and he only gave me a double while charging me for a triple, they need to fire him asap

Almost everytime I’ve gone to this Whataburger location, they say it’s going to be a 7 min wait for a Spicy chicken biscuit so I decide not to get it. However, I still bought my kids a chicken biscuit and this is the tiniest piece of chicken I’ve ever seen. I could spend the same amount ($3.75-$4) at Chick fil a and get a piece of chicken 3x that size. But this happened to fall on a Sunday. Save your money and cook your own food at home. This food is killing us all anyways!

I want to thank and recognize the person who brings the food to the tables. He was incredibly kind and attentive, always delivering each dish with a smile. He offered us sauces and extra napkins without us even asking. Honestly, the world needs more people like him. It was heartwarming to see how happy and caring he was while doing his job. We’ll definitely keep coming back. <3
