Clean restaurant. Food is nothing special. A little better than Burger King. Must have caught them on a bad day because their service sucked. Lackadaisical. If i were dining alone, i would have walked out, but i wasnt dining alone, and stayed. Didnt even order at that point. You can hear the employees playing around in the back. Get your stuff together and be professional. What are you being paid for? These words will fall on deaf ears. Those employees would laugh at my suggestions anyways. You all know the attitude I'm talking about.

The staff was ok, but it seemed as though they were more concerned about their friend who walked in more than their customers. I stood for over 5 mins at the counter waiting for someone that I could talk to bc they forgot to give my kids their drink, which would have been fine, but they weren't busy with work. My onion rings came out, and they were halfway done (the onions weren't cooked through, and they were still hard). The burgers were ok, except I had to take the tomatoes off bc they were gross and way to ripe (squishy). They were completely out of soda and we waited 30 minutes for them to restock, but they never did so we had to settle for sweet tea.The atmosphere was horrible, I felt ashamed for just being a mom, I got a bunch of dirty looks bc I have 3 small children and took advantage of the the little color pages and hats for my kiddos to keep them occupied. It was uncomfortable, to say the least. I'm giving them a 3 for the benefit of the doubt, but I don't see myself going back.

Ana was an excellent cashier, made the experience more like a sit down restaurant.Place was super clean and run by super friendly staff, making delicious food!!!
Best place ever. The manager brought out sauces to us. Food is amazing, too bad they're only in Northern Florida.

They’re polite and the food, when you get it is good, but it shouldn’t be a 20 minute wait for a burger and a grilled chicken salad, only to be told at that point that it’s going to be another 7 minute wait bc they don’t have grilled chicken, so they can give you fried instead. I would have ordered fried if that’s what I wanted.Clearly; as I’d already been waiting 20 minute, I took the fried chicken and gave it to a family member bc I’m not allowed to eat fried chicken.Got home, and my salad has tomatoes (which I requested be removed and is on the ticket), but they left off the onions. Which I wanted.And, the dressing I requested was not provided.
