This place is hands down the best pizza I have ever tasted! Every pizza is phenomenal! Doesn't matter what it is as I've tried the hot honey ones, peach, and now cheese steak, and each one is banging!

Pizza is pretty good but today I had the chicken wings. What in the heck these are the tiniest chicken wings Ive ever seen in my life. Mostly fat too. DO BETTER PALENCIA DESERVES IT, ESPECIALLY AT PRICE.

Orderes 10 pk got 10 tiny wings. VERY FATTY TOO. I threw 2 out bc they were so fatty.

I’m sure she was just having a bad day but Kim’s extremely rude, I was very surprised that a manager reacted this way. I came by while it was slow just to drop off some coupons and a flyer for the staff(not customers) because we’re a local business in the same plaza. She told me “this isn’t the place for that” and proceeded to roll her eyes when I said it was for the staff and not customers. First and last time going there.

Get a new manager that is mature enough and has experience not like Kim!

By far the best pizza we have had in a long time!! The manager Kim and her lunch crew were very kind and helpful. I ordered the margarita and my colleague had a great white. We both left stuffed. We will be coming back regularly!
