Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I found it appealing a single chicken sandwich with nothing special added to it other than some zax sauce is 8-9 bucks….and seeing how much chicken costs from various chicken/ agricultural suppliers websites and I find it outrageous that Zaxbys company charges over 50% of what it costs to make one chicken sandwich…just wow!

Typical Zaxby's got the chicken finger sandwich didn't have very much sauce on it. Fries were excellent, but had a lot of salt on them. Kitchen appeared to be clean. Workers were friendly.

I frequently visit this establishment, and I’ve never encountered any issues. However, the girl at the window treated me terribly. She had an attitude and made me feel quite uncomfortable. I didn’t receive any receipts, and there were no napkins either. This incident occurred around 11:40 AM. It’s disheartening to see people like her working there with such an attitude.!!

Asked for my tenders to be tossed in hot honey mustard and didnt get them tossed. Also not very many fries. This place has just gone down hill. I love that they respond to contact their website and nothing comes from it

07/08/2024, evening: ordered family zax pack chicken strips with 2 ranch, 2 bbq, and 2 teriyaki sauce packs, got home and 1 teriyaki sauce cup is full and 1 teriyaki sauce cup is empty. I paid $0.50 extra for the teriyaki sauce cups and got an empty container.

07/09/2024, afternoon: I have no vehicle so I get to walk from motel to restaurant and back for more sauces, an overall walk of 1 hour and 20 minutes in the heat. I was prepared to pay for the sauces I require but the general manager gave it to me which is really nice and I really appreciate it. Makes up for yesterday's mistake and I'm a happy customer again.

Please fill up the teriyaki sauce cups all the way, half full cup of sauce is ridiculous.

Amazing salads and chicken! Friendly and courteous staff and have never had a wrong order or missing item. I recommend the Zensation Salad with 2 citrus vinaigrettes on the side!

If you like your food on the salty side, this is the place for your. By the time I ate my chicken tenders and fries, and tried a few of the pickle chips my tongue was burnt. Tasty and good, just salty AF.
