Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Pure salt. I'm not sure what the attraction is but everything is salted to the 9's. Even the Texas toast is stacked with salt. Not sure if this is standard Zaxby's but everything tastes like the same intense salt flavor.

I felt like a bad human being. It's been a long time since a fast food restaurant made me feel contrite or remorseful for patronizing their service. While the food was tasty, the company is clearly NOT environmentally conscious. Most food and drinks were served in styrofoam plates and cups. Straws, utensils, and other items were plastic. Recycling is not an option made available to patrons, forcing all used items to be disposed in the landfill trash. For the educated consumer, this is highly repulsive and undesirable. There is no reason to be not be environmentally friendly in today's modern operations. The global supply chain offers a profuse amount of compostable and fully recyclable paper products that work very well for the food service industry, including fast food restaurants.

It was a very disappointing experience to place our trash in the landfill receptacle within the restaurant. We cannot recommend this brand or company at this time.

Received only half my order. I was the only person in line. I understand how complex only 1 order can be to fulfill by I can only imagine how bad it would be with multiple orders in a day. Technically they committed a misdemeanor by stealing my money but sjpd has more important things to do like monitoring sjc school moms....... You can't make it better. Always a bad experience with take away, but tonight was our first time attempting to dine in. Stood in line to order for several minutes and then halfway through placing our order for dine in, another young girl comes up to the cashier and whispers something. Then the cashier tells us, oh yeah I forgot…our dining room closes at 9 so you only have about 5 mins to eat. Mind you there were still people in line behind us too. I cancelled the order and left. Never have I experienced any restaurant turning away or telling customers to hurry up and eat or take it to go. Dining rooms are always left open to capacity. This was our LAST attempt at this location.

My husband, kid and I stopped to this location for a quick lunch, the food was fresh and tasted good however, the reason I wanted to take the time to leave a 5 star review was because of the nice gentleman who was working in the dining room, I believe his name is John. Thanks John for being so kind and attentive to me and my family without even knowing us, you really brightened up our day.

New chain restaurant. Food is prepared well, nice employees, comfortable seating. There were a number of dirty tables when we were there. Also a girl emptied one of the inside trash cans and dragged the huge trash bag across the floor leaving a trail of liquid goo on the floor behind her. It took her a while to come back and clean it up. Not very appetizing! But overall not a bad Zaxby's.

We ordered the Chicken Strips, BBQ whole wings, French Fries and Funnel Cake.. The Chicken Strips and French Fries was old/stale..not fresh at all..However my husband enjoyed his Funnel Cake and commented it was the best.The attendant was very pleasant.
