Acai N7 Palette

I’ve always loved this ice cream shop and typically visit regularly as it has been a favorite of mine for quite some time. However, my visit on 4/25 at 5 PM was unfortunately a very different experience. When the older lady came from the back to take my order, she was wearing gloves that were visibly wet with water or another substance. On her way over She used the same gloves to wipe down the counter before coming to help me. Instead of changing her gloves she proceeded to prepare my items allowing whatever was on the gloves to come into contact with the inside of the containers. At that point I had to stop her and say, no thank you. This shop charges about $10 per item higher than most places, but I’ve always considered it worth the price due to the quality and experience. however, cleanliness is non-negotiable and in this case it was far from acceptable. If this is what happens in front of customers, it raises serious concerns about what might occur behind the scenes. I strongly believe staff training on hygiene and cleanliness would be highly beneficial. to make matters worse, the lady became visibly rude giving me dirty looks as I left simply because I pointed out that her gloves were unsanitary, and I couldn’t eat what she served. I hope this was an isolated incident and that this shop takes customer concern seriously as I would love to see it returned to the standard I’ve always enjoyed.

Wonderful place, great products!

The açaí bowls here were amazing! My daughter doesn’t eat dairy, and I was happy to see they had non-dairy options that she could enjoy. The girls at the counter were so nice and helpful, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious, healthy treat!

Honestly, best acai bowls I have ever had. This was my second time and I brought a friend. She loved it too! I love that they have different options for the bases. Also, the girls are always so nice there.

Here it seems that they have all the pieces of fruit, if you pay for a good Acai, just add fruit here, the acai is good. The only thing they do wrong is that they add very few fresh fruits. 4 songs of banana 5 songs of mango 4 songs of strawberry ...mere owner, don't be so stingy and add fruit, what's the fear next time I'll bring you a bunch of bananas and 2 boxes of strawberries and I'll make you a tremendous acai a and ombe music whoever likes Jass has mixed music Salsa, vallenato, ballads but whenever one comes on that music makes you want to go to sleep ?

They are excellent at what they do. The product and service is wonderful. Very friendly, attentive and accommodate your needs. I love this place! Every time I bring a new one they say it's 10/10 and that they would recommend it!

Has to be the best açaí place in St. Cloud hands down butttt it’s been twice now that I go during “working hours” and they’re closed. The lights and tv’s are on but the doors are locked. Last time there was 4 of us waiting outside and while we were waiting 2 other people came and left. One of the ladies and I called their number but no one answered. I really think they should either update their actual working hours or actually work the hours they promote.

I brought my mom for the first time to have a mom & daughter dated the Açaí was amazing and the music was so relaxing. I would recommend it to everyone.
