Wow most disgusting attitude ever by that rude girl at cashier September 19 6 PM I’ll take my money elsewhere

Worst experience ever!!!! I asked for pretzel nuggets and was told they were out. I asked what did they actually have ready and the guy that should be working pointed and said that this was all that they had. I assume its because he’s too busy flirting with his coworkers instead of working!!!

Waited in line for about 20 -30 seconds and neither Lee or Annie greeted me or anyone else . They did not seem happy to be there .

The stand was left alone for over twenty minutes, and in the brief moment, one of the employees came back she said that nothing was ready before leaving again to roam around. I'm taken aback, I've never seen such unprofessionalism. Sorry to Janet and her coworker, who was not wearing a name tag, but this is abysmal

Run out of pretzels at 1pm. Rude staff didnt want to give me even a cup of water

Go elsewhere. They barely filled up the pretzel nugget cups and there was a big hair baked into my daughter's pretzel nugget. Auntie Anne's should be ashamed to have this location associated with their brand. Wish we read the bad reviews first!

Worst food ever. The girl named Annie and the guy named Andries were rude disrespectful at the counter. Shame on your to sell that kind of food to people. The sausage was burned and tasted horrible. Avoid this place.

I had a disappointing experience at this Auntie Anne's location. When the store opened, I observed an employee named Tracy being extremely rude and condescending to the first customers in line. These customers clearly didn’t speak English very well, and instead of showing patience or understanding, Tracy responded in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.

When it was my turn to order, her behavior toward me was noticeably less aggressive, but the poor treatment of the customers ahead of me left a bad impression.

As someone who has worked in food service and currently works in retail, I know how important it is to treat all customers with respect. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and not what I would expect from Auntie Anne's. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for everyone in the future.

Literally never open the hours google says. Most recent experience. Sunday says they open at 10. Light not on and nothi by for sale at 10am. If I were to stop by later on my way home from Orlando, say 6-7 they’ll be closed again, even tho google says they’re open. Such an annoying joke of a place.
