Literally never open the hours google says. Most recent experience. Sunday says they open at 10. Light not on and nothi by for sale at 10am. If I were to stop by later on my way home from Orlando, say 6-7 they’ll be closed again, even tho google says they’re open. Such an annoying joke of a place.

Agree with the other reviews. They have multiple items on their menu, but almost none of them were actually available. Pretzels, pizza Pretzels, and cinnamon Pretzels were the only items available. Everything else was met with a "we don't have any right now" response.I waited at the register for several minutes, waiting for the cashier to look up. When they eventually did, they said "what do you want?" After asking if they had any bites or pretzel dogs, which they didn't, I just ordered a pretzel. The cashier looked at me and said ok, then proceeded to pull out the cash drawer and walk away, never to return.Another cashier brought over a new drawer and logged in. After several additional minutes of waiting, he looked up and took my order.Bad service and limited food options. Should have taken the hint when the line was drastically shorter than the other food options.

Service non existent. No “Hello”, “Thank you” or “Goodbye”, when asked if there are mini pretzels lady in very rude way told me- “only what you see”. Low on everything. Pretzels like always are good, but bad service will always ruin good food.

Horrible service! the two ladies didnt bave anything ready and had a very bad attitude

The server never stopped talking to a friend to actually wait on me let alone attempt any level of customer service. I ordered a cinnamon pretzel, it had too much butter and too much cinnamon sugar as it was sliding off the pretzel. I threw it away. The crows enjoyed it.

First off, I just LOVE Aunt Annie's. One of my faves. I stopped at the Canoe Creek rest stop on 12/28/23 at 12:15pm. The lines everywhere were super long. Not at Aunt Annie's. I soon found out why. 3 females and 1 male behind the counter but no food. I asked how long please and they all literally laughed out loud. Finally, the gentleman said 20 minutes. Twenty minutes at heavy rush time??? Have they not been trained to have a batch being prepared while one bakes while one is being served, repeat, repeat, repeat???? Or do they not care?? Where is the area director? This product sells itself, when it's available!! Very disappointing.

So UNSANITARY! Their employee NEEDS to be EDUCATED on proper food handling asap before people get sick! I observed their cashier who handles the payments dig on the bag and touch food with the same gloves she is using to handle money. She could've used tongs like other Auntie Anne's. Such a disease spreader! Calling management!!

So, we went in to grab a snack. I of course asked if they could make some mini pretzel dogs. The answer? "No". When I asked why not the lady said "because, I already made some". To which I said "oh, okay I will get some then".Nope, someone had bought them... okay, can you please make some more, I'm happy to wait? Nope.... your staff is completely rude, lazy, and from what I saw in the case, can't cook as several items were burnt, and others overcooked. Auntie Anne's DO BETTER! included are pictures of the woman, and store front.

I will NEVER recommend this restaurant . The Mexican women in there DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND GET MAD AT YOU FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING! She was about to serve us with her DIRTY HANDS because she just was moping whatever when i asked her could she wash her Hands because she had whatever chemicals on her hands she instantly got a attitude and starting cursing me out in Spanish when i walked away and heard her explain to her coworker and said some bout “baby on her hip” i turned around and said excuse me ?! She act started speaking Spanish againDO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT EVEN SPEAK DAMN ENGLISH

Got in line and after waiting 5 minutes a young male staff member turned around and said we’re closed for 15 minutes to restock. The other lady who seemed to be the one running the show never acknowledged me, after making eye contact 3 times. I said closed for 15 mins there are pretzels in the case ready to be served? He said yah we’re closed right now and turned around. I walked out of the line and went to grab my sons food from Wendy’s. Ordered, received his food and filled his drink. Another man entered the line so I walked back in line behind him at this point there were about 15 pretzels in the case. Neither staff member said anything to the man in front of me so after 2-3 mins and both staff members making eye contact with him he looked at me confused. I said they are “currently closed” for about 5 more minutes he walked out of line after 5 mins. There were now two other people behind me again that no one addressed at all. After 15 mins both staff members were just making pretzels instead of servicing the customers with the 15 pretzels that were hot and fresh. 3 customers 15 pretzels and no acknowledgment at all. Horrible service! The younger male asked what seemed to be a manager or person in charge if he should service the customers and she laughed and said no.

Wow at the reviews. Sorry you all had a bad experience, but this was the best tasting pretzels I've ever had (8/5/2023).. can't speak on anything but the pretzels because my hubby went in the store so I don't know what customer service is like.
