Bella Roma Pizza

Poor timing, not prepared for game day. Ordered at four, almost two hours for a pizza. Everyone waiting in the lobby upset. Lost our future business on any and all special nights.

Huge thank you for the unreal food and generosity. Everything was absolutely on point—from the crispy calamari and incredible meatballs to the wings and antipasto. The pizzas were next level, especially the Bianca and Frosinone… honestly some of the best we’ve had. The Owners, Alfredo and Eric, really know what they are doing

Pizza is really good!! We ask for our pizza to be extra crispy or well done and it’s delicious. We’ve also tried the chicken parm, mozzarella sticks and the turkey bacon BLT.
All of it was sooo good!! The subs are huge!! The staff is super friendly.

Very disappointed, went here for the first time last week and I have shellfish allergy, so I asked to see they fried the mozzarella sticks in the same fryer as the shellfish and they said yes so I asked if it was the same for the wings and the cooks in the back got angry and gave attitude to the cashier for asking twice, like seriously I need to ask for my safety if that's too much for them they should not have a food place open they are going to kill someone. Very disappointed first time and it was a horrible experience, will never go back there which is a shame since I love pizza and this place is close to home. Just a pizza and it's supper expensive for how plane it was definitely had better pizza before

Just ordered from Bella Roma for the first time last week. The staff was kind and patient and the pizza was delicious! We got the trio app as well it was great. We will be back.

10/10/25 - Stopped in for lunch for a couple of slices (2 Mushroom & 2 Regular). This is strictly a take out place only, not sure if they advertise this location as such. No tables any where.
Ok so now for the pizzza. It was very good, good quality cheese and sauce, but not quite New York Quailty pizza, here’s why. Where you fold the slice it cracks only slightly at the fold (maybe 1/2”, S/B 1”to 1 1/2”. The first few bites were good nice and crisp but the closer you got to the crust the thicker the dough got making it spongy and soft. Only reason I couldn’t give five stars.

A Sicilian made with love! Extra garlic is a must!!!

Order from here all the time. They forgot a few items on a recent order, mistakes happen and they rarely happen here. But Bella Roma went above and beyond. Even though our order was pick up, they said they’d deliver the missing items. Outstanding customer service. And the pizza is the best I’ve had anywhere ( and I’m a NY transplant)

The best pizza! Literally. So fresh and full of flavor. I keep saying they need to open a Kissimmee location! Lol I normally get the thin crust meat lovers add green olives but my husband likes pineapple so he substitutes green olives for pineapple on his half. They don't skimp on the toppings and that's what makes this place great! Highly recommend ordering from here if you haven't yet. You won't regret it.

Not sure if i have ever ordered from here and they have got the order correct. I base my order around dietary restrictions and they just send a regular cheese pizza instead, whilst still charging all the additional upcharges. Apparently light sauce on a meat lovers pizza is too complicated of a request for this business. Not even the courtesy of the light sauce on either of the cheese pizzas. Don't worry I've learned my lesson and won't make the mistake of ordering from here again.
