I been to a lot of buffets and this is the worst buffet i been to. Really bad food and service I’m feeling sick after eating “regular” food And i don’t even want to talk about how bad the service was from the waitress that got our table.

The food is actually really good. A lot of variety. There is always fresh food being out out.

Went there for the first time this evening. The building and furniture is run down and crappy. I switched my chair 4 times and still had a wobble in each chair! The food is sub par. Pretty much everything is watered down, luke warm, or over cooked and yucky. Hubby tried to get an ice cream bar after the meal and it was freezer burnt. He put it on the plate to discard but it didn't even melt after 10 minutes! staff was ok. The food area was clean. We will NOT go back.

Everything we tried was hot and fresh, bursting with flavor, and the staff was exceptionally kind, ensuring our glasses were never empty. Terrible Experience - Will Never Return
I recently visited Buffet City and had an extremely disappointing experience. After enjoying my meal, I was informed that their credit card machine was not working. This information was not communicated to me before I started my meal, which is the responsibility of the restaurant.
To make matters worse, they demanded that I surrender my $1000 phone as collateral for a $15 food order. This is completely unacceptable and humiliating. As an IT professional, I know that there are backup solutions available, such as credit card machines that work with cellular signals or mobile phones apps. It’s shocking that a business in this day and age doesn’t have a backup plan in place.
This experience made me feel trapped and humiliated. I will never return to this place and strongly advise others to avoid it. If you run a business, you need to have proper systems and backups in place, not make your customers feel like criminals.
