Food was quickly made and tasted great.
Drive thru was packed but inside was empty.
The cashier that took my order, seemed like they didn’t want to be at work.
Even to hand me the food, they went “Here” . And tossed ketchup packets in the bag.
When working a face to face customer job, it’s important to have a smile even though your day may be bad on the inside.

Worst service. They speak to you in Spanish including the manager and if you answer in English and not in Spanish they give you the order wrong and if you ask for something everything is a problem. Because you are Hispanic doesn’t mean you have to speak spanish, but if the situation is that you don’t know english the company shouldn’t hire managers and employees that has 0 knowledge of English. You have to adapt to the customer not the customer to you.

New administration. Building very neat and employees very polite. In the 10 years I have been living in the area, this is the first time that the service and food was remarkable. Thanks to the new manager Emmanuel for his exceptional attention!

If I owned this store I would fire all, and start over. People just walking by as I watched my food get cold. I finally asked the lady to put my burger on the tray with my fries, and hand it to me. SMH

It only has one star because the server tried to help me but the manager was the other word for female dog and wouldn't let him help me so i left without buying anything

I've been to this Burger King at least 4 times, and every single time it has been a bad experience. The food is subpar compared to other Burger Kings, but the service is absolutely horrendous. Every time I've been through the drive thru they tell me to wait, and I end up waiting at least 3-5 minutes before I just decide to drive away or go inside. The last issue I had with them was that I placed an online order through the app, I recieved the order confirmation AND receipt via email. When we arrived to pick up the order through the drive thru (which was specified in the app order), they told us there was no order placed under that name. We showed both the confirmation AND receipt, just to have the workers be disrespectful in Spanish and provide no help at all. I never got my order. This BK either needs to hire a complete new staff or just close the location completely.

Double chess burger, plain kechup and mayonnaise. When I ho to the window to pickup my order #72 Also I order soda. When I'm home prepare to eat surprise wrong order 🙃 😑 order # 75 Jeremiah. Sorry wasn't me.
