⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Cleanliness and Fresh Food – Great Job, Burger King!
I had a fantastic experience at this Burger King today (12/19/2025). What truly stood out was the attention to cleanliness. An employee was outside actively cleaning the parking lot, which immediately made a great impression. It’s refreshing to see staff taking pride in keeping not just the inside, but the entire property clean and welcoming.
Inside, the experience matched that high standard. The food tasted super fresh, hot, and well-prepared—clearly not something that had been sitting around. Everything was exactly how it should be.
Cleanliness, freshness, and visible effort from the staff make a huge difference, and this location clearly goes the extra mile. Excellent job to the team—I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this Burger King!

If I knew I was going to wait so long for a whopper, I would’ve just went to a restaurant. There needs to be an evaluation on the workers Friday nights, I’ve waited 30 minutes just for my order to be taken. There needs to be a manager present to keep these guys on their feet. Kitchen crew taking casual bathroom breaks in the middle of a rush, no service guy present, they seemed to be more focus on drive thru when there’s barely any cars and more people dining in. Their tickets were piled up, no leadership, I will never come back here. Now I’m not complaining about the food, it was good but not worth waiting 30-40 minutes. Again please do an evaluation on the Friday night crew, very slow, not knowing how to prioritize, I think the guy running the front was high. For whoever reads this, go to McDonalds on Canoe Creek, they’re much faster and make both Burger King and the McDonalds on 13th street look like jokes.

This is the second time I stop by to get breakfast here and the service is awful. Two Hispanic women both were wearing glasses. One of them was not in uniform and the other one was.They were just standing atound having their own conversation about who was coming into work next while I waited for them to take my order. They saw both saw me come in and stand on line. They weren't busy at all. I came in at 9:02 am. I decided to ask the man that was working the drive thru if someone was going to take my order. He looked at them then proceeded to take my order instead as they continued their conversation.

They were super attentive with my food order. Seriously, those two are really nice people. It's always a good experience when you get service like that. Made my meal even better!
