The service is absolutely horrendous. I went with my boyfriend to dine-in. We waited at the window for about 15 minutes before anyone attended us. The girl looked at us and didn’t take our order until a few more minutes. We didn’t bother because we saw it was only 3 people. But when the girl finally opened the window she looked at us like we were crazy. Like why are we standing at the window. No hello, no how are you, no how can I help. She Only opened the window and raises her eyebrows. It was to the point where we asked if we can order at the window. Completely left us confused. (Girl with beige hoodie)
When we finally got our food we asked for sauce. I kid you not the other girl working that shift (wearing red hoodie) DID NOT SAY A SINGLE WORD!! Absolutely nothing, I assume she can speak considering she has a headset with a mic! She was unbelievably rude! She then proceeded to throw the sauces carelessly and aggressively in the bag like if we were animals. She did not care a single bit. Then slammed the window. Unbelievable, I won’t be returning to this place. Their service is horrible, they will continue to make this store lose business because no one wants to return to a place they get treated poorly even if the food was good. This store tremendously lacks customer service the food was good for the price.

We went tonight 10/16 at 9:20pm. I assume the staff CAN talk because someone took our order, although maybe it was AI since not one word was spoken to us after our order was taken. The employee opened the window and took our money with not a single word, handed us our food and shut the window, again without a word. Then when we had to go back because they forgot our sauce a different lady opened the window without a word, and then handed us our sauce and shut the window without a word.
The food is good and well priced but it will be a hot minute before I go back if that's how they treat people.

Food is good. Fries are the best. When I asked for extra napkins the girl gave me two. Literally two. I have 4 kids. Two is going to do nothing. I would have paid for the napkins. She didn’t even give me the option to pay for more. She just said no. I won’t be going back.
