Last 3 times I've been in there was later in the night. But all 3 times the burgers were cold, not like a little warm I mean cold. Given the abundance of restaurants around the area, this place should really get it together.

Food is ok but the service speed is horrendous. Poorly trained, rude employess. Please have your employess properly educated. Ordered ahead 10 minutes for only 2 Buford. Arrived and waited in the mobile pick up line for another 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead

Waited 30 minutes for a burger combo. Guy at the window can’t even hear cause he has air phones on while giving out orders smh. Terrible service oh and supposedly you don’t even have mayo… what fast food restaurant can’t give out mayo.. lol terrible

Don’t Acknowledge customers when they standing at window waiting to order I stood there for 10 minutes and nothing was said. This time the lady was rude and slammed the window. If she’s work the next time I come I’m going somewhere else.

I needed to change my order so i Called the place 7 times to try and manually change the order and got no answer

The chicken sandwiches were old and dry. The fries old and had to be asked for once they weren’t given. The mozeralla sticks seemed to be fresher and were good. A long time ago I came here and waited over 40 minutes for my fast food meal and it was good once I received it I guess it was probably made fresh in that instance where as this time it was just all the old food given to us.
I probably will stay away from here again for another 6 months before I give it another try.

I was asked to pull to the other side of the building after ordering 2 combo meals. After 15 minutes the girl we ordered from said that the grease is not heating. I told her we are in a hurry and have already waited 15 minutes. I would just like my money back. The manager comes to the window 5 minutes later and ask me what my order was. You have to be joking! He then takes 5 more minutes to give me my money back. No apology or anything. I told him I have been at the window for 25 minutes and I could have cooked any meal that I wanted, I told him he should be embarrassed. He then gives me a weak apology. Do better this is not acceptable. I will not be back. I am also calling the health department for the violations that I saw while waiting.
