I love Chick-fil-A, especially after being a former employee for 7 years at a separate location. But I am baffled at how many times I’ve ordered a salad or wrap that requires a dressing to be included with it and I have NOT received my dressing each time! Through drive-thru or delivery, the same forgetfulness happens and it is becoming so infuriating of how often this is occurring. Please refine the process or re-train your team members to remember the condiments being asked for each item.
found hair in my fried chicken tenders, when asked for refund they refused then offered to remake it in the same nasty oil! UNBELIEVABLE. it was the fatty shift lead that looked like a little TWINK.

My last two visits the nuggets were cold and they forgot my fries the second time. I had to get down and they didn’t care and made it seem like it was my fault that the drive thru forgot part of my order. Highly disappointed with their standards.
