I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit meal and the employee repeated back my order to me which was correct. I get home and it’s chicken and cheese biscuit. I was looking forward to having breakfast and then when I got home all I had was my parfait and hash browns. This isn’t the first time they messed up. Last week they forgot my parfait after I paid for it. Your only job is to make sure the order is correct at the drive thru window and you couldn’t even do that.

We ordered food. They gave us a number and then they brought our food out in a bag. They don't use trays anymore. Then I went up to the counter. Stood there for almost 3 minutes while everybody walked past me and didn't ask me if there was something that I wanted something terribly wrong at that place. I might not go back again.

I do not know why everyone makes big deal about Chick-fil-A I want there for the first time and they suck 7 dollar for a chicken with 2 pickles dry old nasty sandwich and a small shake for 3.99 for 2 things almost 13 bucks haha 🤣🤣 then I ask women can you put mayo and ketchup on sandwich she hand me mayo and ketchup packets and says we do not put on you put on your self wow just go to Burger King or Wendy's you get more for your money even dairy Queen is better

Most disorganized Chick-fil-A I have been to. We went thru the drive thru. They forgot the straws and sauces. The food was just ok. I should had stopped at one of the Kissimmee locations.

Ordered two meatless burritos. It reads on print out no meat burritos. Needless to say they both had chicken. Omg!!! Can’t you freaking follow directions!!!
This is my first time experiencing very bad service from Chick-fil-A. They told me to wait at drive-thru VIP 3, and I was sitting there for more than 20 minutes for them to bring my food. I have been to this Chick-fil-A multiple times, but I’ve never had to wait this long for my food. I was waiting at drive-thru VIP 3 the entire time, but when I went inside, I found out they had thrown away my food because they couldn’t find me. The drive-thru attendant specifically told me to wait at drive-thru VIP 3, so I don’t understand how they forgot about me. I paid for the food—how could they just throw it away and forget about me? I don’t know what happened to their communication, but that was very poor service on their part. They did give me free fries, but it doesn’t defeat the purpose of having to come inside to figure out where my food went.

First and last time here. As a longtime Chick-fil-A customer, I experienced the worst service at this location. Was in the drive-through line for 30 minutes before someone actually came out in person to take orders. From that point, it was another 15 minutes to pick up my food, which of course was ice cold by that time. Will never go back there again and stay with my local locations.

Every Chick-fil-a is pretty much the same. The staff here are friendly and kind . I come for breakfast mostly and the drive through is always quick and fast. I have eaten inside the store as well and think that the inside needs an update, kind of reminds of the old McDonald's and Burger Kings from when I was a child. I would like to see a new and approve Chick-fil-A one day.
I have worked for chicken Fila for years and this one I don't know I go to order food with my lady and I didn't not feel the culture that chic Fila has they didn't say my pleasure or seem happy and I didn't like that the food was ok been to better ones I'm very disappointed
