If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Allergy warning: they do not take special requests seriously. I was charged extra and still didn’t receive the modifications I needed for my safety. This is unacceptable and dangerous for anyone with food allergies. I had stopped coming here years ago for similar issues, but gave them another chance—big mistake. Worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had.

I love Chick-fil-A. I'm not sure what is happening at this location. The last few times I've ordered, the fries have been cold. Today, there was a downpour!! There is a nice overhang for the employees to stand under while taking orders. With the rain, we placed our order via the drivethru. It is not under the overhang. Therefore, I got soaked!!! I couldn't hear the person to give her my order, which she ended up getting wrong. At the pickup window, there was a small overhang and a substantial leak running down the wall into the drive-thru window. Again, I got wet. I'm giving them one more chance and then calling it quits at this location.

At this store, I witnessed a very uncomfortable situation an employee who seemed to be in a higher position was yelling at another employee who was clearly in training. It was unpleasant for both the worker and the customers who were present.
This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate in a workplace and negatively impacts the experience of customers. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, especially those who are still learning.
I hope the store takes steps to ensure a more professional and respectful work environment for its team.

Number 7 grilled chicken has bacon and cheese. I recommend pepper jack cheese and honey roasted BBQ sauce (see picture) to bring the sandwich up a notch. Make it a meal deal for a little more money. The meal deal includes waffle fries with Heinz ketchup and a drink. Consider upgrading the drink to one of their delicious shakes. When I was there the seasonal shake flavor was peach which was terrific. My wife had a brownie and said it was really good. Go for it!!!
