I love Chick-fil-A, especially after being a former employee for 7 years at a separate location. But I am baffled at how many times I’ve ordered a salad or wrap that requires a dressing to be included with it and I have NOT received my dressing each time! Through drive-thru or delivery, the same forgetfulness happens and it is becoming so infuriating of how often this is occurring. Please refine the process or re-train your team members to remember the condiments being asked...

Always quick & friendly service every time I come here, regardless if I’m in the drive thru or dining inside. I also like when dining inside that the high chairs are always clean for my baby.
