Joe the manager was horrible. HE BROUGHT the wrong order, then when we told him we didn’t ordered that, he said “I will fix it for you” and still made us paid half of the cost of the food we didn’t order. Really bad experience.

I had the pleasure of being served by Amber at Chili’s on my birthday, and she made the entire experience unforgettable! Her genuine kindness, attention, and warm demeanor went above and beyond, making me feel truly special. It’s rare to encounter someone who brings so much positivity and care to their work. Thank you, Amber, for turning an ordinary meal into a memorable celebration—I can’t recommend her enough! This is so far my favorite restaurant.

I HATE to complain however this is the second time in my life that you people have made me sick. I stopped going to you for years. Gave you a second chance. Had about 5 ok experiences and then like clock work your food made me violently sick again. What’s happening in your kitchen today Sunday Nov 30 around 1pm? The food was cold. Not lukewarm , it was cold. As an anus that I am , I ate it anyway only to end up throwing it up. I won’t go back for years. I’ll probably give you a third chance in a couple of years. We’ll have to wait and see.

I visited this Chili’s location with my wife, my two daughters, and my granddaughter around 4:00–4:30 PM. We requested a table that could comfortably fit the four of us and our stroller. Instead, we were seated at a very small table, the first one on the right side by the window, with barely any space. We moved one chair to make room for the stroller, and an older server named Paula approached us in a very rude and unprofessional manner, telling us we couldn’t move the chairs. Her tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. I understand if there are rules or safety requirements, but there are more courteous, respectful, and professional ways to communicate with customers. Her lack of manners is what upset me the most. Everyone can have a rough day, but taking it out on families trying to enjoy a meal is not acceptable. I truly hope this had nothing to do with us being Hispanic, but the way she spoke made me uncomfortable.
Thankfully, the second server who helped us afterward was much nicer and more attentive. We stayed because my daughters really wanted Chili’s, but based on this experience, I will be avoiding this location in the future.
I went here a couple of days ago and had a great time. My server was very attentive and I didn’t have to wait long for the food. The food tasted great and I was really pleased with the customer service.

I know this location has had their ups and downs. The last my husband and I went here, it was pretty good and clean. I took our kids here over the weekend and boy has it changed…for the worse!! It was DISAPPOINTING and DISGUSTINGLY dirty. They were not busy at all. The seat had ranch all over it. The table was dirty and sticky. I asked the server for a wet towel to wipe down. She complained about the host not doing their job and brought back a barely wet paper towel. The kiosk was so caked on with dirt and whatever that it kept freezing. The windows between the bar area and dining room and doors were filthy. I’m not sure if they were so empty that this establishment was not being kept clean. The staff was very underwhelming as well. Our kids were even looking forward to leaving because being in there made us feel “dirty” b ‘cause the place was gross!!! Definitely not the best service. We won’t be back. If we want Chilis, we will go to the Lake Nona location. They are also clean and have a great staff on hand.
