Sadly for Chilis but this specific location do not have a very good and trained team. Bad customer service. They do not like big groups specially Christians.. almost left without leaving a poorly tip because they act like they don't want to work there.. đđ»đđ» we were a big group yesterday, were picking up and waiting for some friends a guy came from the kitchen "yall can't congregate here need you guys to clear the hall", we were not even 2 minutes packing up. Food took forever and waitress took over 10 minutes to ask for drinks and "welcome us" she didn't even present her name, we never knew her name because had a very bad face the whole time.

Man what can I say⊠service is just not service anymore. The food is really good, but the hostess or people welcoming you at door, are mostly kids with no customer experience and they donât want to work there. Thatâs for sure. People come there to spend their money but the first impression at the door will change your mind. We came by yesterday and they told us itâs a 1 hr wait. Thereâs a 6 seat table free and they said they canât add a chair (nonsense imo). she turns her back on me and mumbles something to her friend and she starts laughing. We left right after that and went somewhere else. Please donât hire these kids, you lost at least 200$ for drinks and food on a party of 7. Hostess is supposed to smile and welcome you to your establishment

I am appalled by the service i received yesterday. I went in with my friend and the waitress was okay even though we barely received any my drink was left empty and when i asked for another one it wasnât until i was about to leave to receive another. Then my mother had placed a to go order while i was there so i can pick it up. i parked in the to go spots and called the store for someone to answer and say âwhat do you wantâ when i explained that im here to pick up and order she said âokay so whatâ so then we went in to get my order they told us just go get it from the corner and didnât even bring it out absolutely disgusting behavior

Went to the Chiliâs in St. Cloud for dinner and ordered the triple dipper appetizer which came with sliders. I am unsure when these sliders where made but it was dry, the cheese on it was a tiny square that was dried up and whatever onion and sauce was on it was dried into the bread and the bread was burned. The plates that they gave us was dirty. The mugs the drinks came in were cloudy and the water tasted like it came out of the toilet. We ordered a ribeye steak which came out unevenly cookedâŠone side was medium and the other side was rareâŠ.the mashed potatoes was dry and came out in a mound that didnât move and looked like it sat all day and again they brought out 2 empty plates which were stacked one on top of the other, so when you go to take the top plate the bottom plate was dirty so this tells me it sits on a dirty cook station so the bottom of the plate is dirty so when you stack it on top of another plate that plate is dirty as well. I havenât been to a chiliâs in a very long time but this location at St. Cloud is disgusting they sat us back by the bar near the entrance to the to go area where the food comes out and you can smell that area smells like a dirty mop and one of the employees was sitting on the floor smoking outside by the dumpster which I saw while leaving the restaurant.

The tenders were great very crispy my food came out quick awesome, but the service sucked my server was Macayla and when I tell you the only time I saw her was when she was taking my order. She would walk past not even look at us when I needed something I had to flag her down she never check on us I had to flag her down again to talk about my bill and she was in the on her phone. I donât know about you but I donât want to have to flag down my waitress at a restaurant. Hats off to the cooks though!
Always good but not the best craft beer choice. The only Chili's I've been to without Jai Alai.

I request a door dash 2 orders of salmon with rice and salad. It came horribly the rice was half of what it supposed to be the salmon had a sauce that it didnât order and the croutons were soft like old.

We buy online. They gave us bad food. We had to change it. And when I go to eat the molten, the mantecado seems to have run out, or they took it out of the employees' salaries because they almost didn't even pay, with how expensive the molten is. Terrible service. The worst thing is paying for an expensive meal and having everything go wrong.
