The stable was so sticky my purse got stuck to it and the color of my purse was on the table server witnessed it sad or did absolutely nothing so they are a little dirty the food ok I think it was better before

Excellent food and an instant favorite restaurant. Homemade carrot cake dessert and eggplant Parm are fantastic!

Take out is on time always and the food is very good excellent.

Pizza topping was tasty, but the crust needs a lot of work. It was dry and had zero flavor. The toppings were indeed tasty, but the crust killed it for me. Get the dough/crust right and you'd have a very good pizza.

I really do love the food here so I hate to share this, but one of my biggest fears came true tonight. I took a bite of this bread and felt hair in my mouth (soooo nauseas just writing this) so I immediately spit it out hoping it was just my own, but then I realized the hair was actually cooked in the bread. ???? Please take extra precautions to prevent this, double hair nets, whatever the case may be. This is the last thing someone should experience while simply trying to enjoy their dinner and after spending $30 bucks. I won't be back for a while, at least until I'm not reminded of this, although I love the eggplant parmigiana so much.

We have been living in Cloud City for 8 years and we finally went to Chimentos. They were procured by new ownership, almost a year ago, and this place is phenomenal. The food is legit and fresh. The ingredients were top notch. We had the cheesy bread with the cheese dipping sauce (excellent) along with the calzones (excellent). I had mine with a meatball and we had the cheese cake (creamy as all get out) and cannolis. Solid representation of the food scene in The Cloud.

Chimento’s Spaghetti House blew me away! We tried both the chicken parm sandwich and platter, and every bite was bursting with freshness. You can tell the ingredients are top-notch, and the flavors are spot on—no shortcuts here. Having lived in Italy, I can confidently say this is the closest I’ve ever come to that authentic Italian taste in the U.S.

Honestly, after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be going back to any of those chain “Italian” restaurants again. Chimento’s is the real deal, and I’m so thankful it’s right here in Saint Cloud, just a short drive from home. If you’re craving genuine Italian flavors, skip the big chains and head straight here—you won’t regret it!
