Took over a hour to get food, soagy springs rolls, overcooked spare ribs. Only thing that was ok was waton soup. I called for refund and they put me on hold and never came back. If u call back they will shut off the phones and blame they were busy by lookin at their comments back to other reviews on here. Extremely over priced for crap job of food and customer service. They’re robbing people of there hard working money.

There delivery service sucks...it took a hour and a half for my food to get to me.mind you i ordered food for my mom.so imagine how mad i was. I suggest to pick up your food. Lately they have been taking forever to deliver your food.

hey got a different crew at China House if I was overhearing the clerk at the register correctly and WOW did they deliver!!! Excellent portion and flavor is fantastic. the egg rolls especially and the clerk could not have been more respectful and helpful!!!

The new owner is skimping on the quality of the ingredients. During my recent visit, I received frozen vegetables in my chicken broccoli and Hunan Chicken; and in my large shrimp fried rice, there were like 10 total shrimp. Raise the price if you have to but don't downgrade the quality of the food.

All around their food is not bad but not necessarily the greatest. However, for the first time, I ordered the lunch special of bourbon chicken with fried rice and egg roll and I was pleasantly surprised it was delicious. Extremely tasty including the fried rice. Well done on that China House.
I hardly ever leave reviews they are serving your food in these small portions that brings rice, meat of choice all in this small tray …. You’re not getting even a cup of rice ridiculous…. Now I have to find some where else to order Chinese…. Any suggestions plse… The owner is very very Rude and treats her customers poorly and her employees..It’s a shame how these people think they can get away with treating customers poorly. Very rude

In my personal experience, I purchased food for my wife, my father-in-law, and myself, and it was a very negative experience.
The food was hard and poorly cooked, and I found a very long hair inside the food, which I found unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint.
After eating the food, we experienced stomach issues, including diarrhea, which was very concerning to us.
We tried to call the restaurant multiple times, but no solution was provided, and we felt completely ignored.
I am sharing my experience so other customers can make an informed decision.

This place has gone downhill so bad. I have tried a few times for them to make it right and it only gets worse. Tonight I received egg foo young burnt. Sweet and sour chicken overcooked and so chewy you couldn't even eat it. Chinese food isn't cheap. Do better china house but I won't be ordering there anymore. **** Update*** Thank you for your response but you tried to make it right last time and here we are again. Actually we brought the food back last time and it was not a pleasant experience. When you order food, you would like to eat it when you receive it. Not a back-and-forth thing. Thanks for your time but I think we are done here.

There is never a good day to have a bad day at business, but Christmas Day should be a time to shine. Easily an opportunity to impress new customers and old customers. After placing an order over the phone (so we spoke with someone) and being told 15-20 minutes. We arrive to a line...and after 45 minutes being told there was no order...wow
They are certainly busy, but busy doesn't excuse bad service. Which is why I'm leaving this review. Could have simply not even taken the order and that would have been better.
Good customers service and better systems is simple. Not easy, but simple.
And these reviews should be an opportunity to improve.
