When I picked up, I checked my bowl and it was missing the guac and the amount of protein it lacked was absurd also. I ask for my bowl to be remade and the second time the guacamole was there but same problem occurred with the protein portion. When I told them about it, the manager told me that he was present at the time of the remake and the portion was fine but I separated the protein from the bowl and asked him if it that looked like the right amount or protein to be in a bowl. He insinuated that there should be more in the bowl (which is my point) as if he thought that I ate some of the protein before the complaint, which I didn’t. He eventually ended up giving me a side of protein and while eating my bowl I also noticed that the rice was undercooked too but I decided to not mention anything further. Terrible experience.

I ordered a meal and all I wanted was a water cup since I don’t really enjoy their drinks. I’ve never had a location tell me I couldn’t have a water cup because they ran out of water cups. They could’ve simply given me a different cup so I can just have some water with my meal. I’ve never had such bad customer service in my life and they gave me attitude, including the manager!! I’ve never felt so bullied in my life!!!!

Nope, this is like the 3rd and last time I am going to this chipotle. They really should do something about it. They left of 2 items out from my to-go order: mild tomatoes and fajita veggies. It was on the sticker, so they can't read basic instructions. Do better!

This is the worst restaurant ever. I waited for 13 minutes for my order. Finally asked an employee and was told that it'll be one moment they're bagging it up. All the plays in the takeout area are now filling up the food cleaning the area. I asked another employee if my food is ready none of those bags that the first one told me were mine were not mine. I ask when my order was going to be done she says it's on the screen he'll make it when he's done clean. And that the order was not due till 12:50. No care that I was there to pick up my order now. Ask to speak to a manager and was told that she was the manager. Was told that that's the way Chipotle does it. I stated I had been waiting for over for 20 minutes and my order hadn't been started and I was told three times that my order was there and was going to be made and it wasn't until 12:50. They literally waited till the last minute that they could make the order to start to make my order. They were sweeping

If I could give no stars I would… why?? Because every fast food and restaurant only one thing matters… and that’s the customer, either you like it or not. The wait time have been brutal… more than 40 minutes in the line why? Just one employee while the others are just talking, or re- filling the juice machine, like don’t get me wrong I love chipotle and every time I come is full. But this time… the line is almost going outside because it passed the trash area… and no one seems to bother… just 1 attending everyone.

This place tries really hard to hire people with poor customer service. I have ordered there 6 times and not once has my order been wrong. The crazy part is the sticker on the outside has my ingredients on it.

This is the 2nd and last time I ever go to St. Cloud Chipotle. Today it was the unfriendly girl serving the proteins and both times were the lack in knowledge of how to close a lid. Food everywhere in my car. They need training and personality.
