I always come here and always get food but every another employee serves me enough food as I ask for unlike one unemployed she a white chubby lady (not trying to be rude) who wears glasses every time she serves me and my family she always rushing our food even when it’s not busy and always when I ask for more rice or beans meat etc she puts a little only like she the only one making them. It makes me upset that I gotta keep asking her every time can you put more and she doesn’t

The service was amazing but the food (chicken quesadilla) was over cooked and did not taste the best. I don’t get chipotle often and when I do I’m excited to eat it. This left me disappointed. This was my second visit here ordering the same thing and both times the food was no good.

Yet again another terrible chipotle service only at this location. I watched the lady serve the guy before me and the guy after me almost doubled the amount of rice and double the amount of meat of what she gave me clearly she’s judging my slender build and I’m very very disappointed when I show you a picture of this bowl and the huge gaps that it has It’s a shame that I just got ripped off and didn’t wanna make a big scene, but I am so pissed off at how clearly the lady had some issue with me or dislike the way she served my food the amount of food she placed the way she placed. It didn’t even ask me if I wanted beans Was just completely rude and her demeanor of how she served the food and barely gave me any meat definitely gave me half the amount of rice. I am so pissed off right now of how bad this is. I’m about to just throw the food at the front door and leave

I would literally never come back here ever again in my life the staff are rude. The manager brushed me off after making a complaint about his employee. I never was able to retrieve my food due to the employee being very rude. I don’t recommend this chipotle to anyone they are completely nasty !!!

Last sunday the 19th I had the pleasure of being serviced by marie who was not only making bowls but checking us out while there was a long line I saw her not only hold her composure well but also preform under pressure Which is a skill I hope to see in more workers at this establishment putting the same amount of effort

This is the third time I ordered a mobile pickup order and my barbacoa was ice cold like it’s so cold where it seems like it was taken from the fridge and just put on my tacos. And everytime I go in store to this location there’s always a issue or a mistake and the manager gave me a sassy attitude last time I was there as well unfortunately this is the closest location to me…oh and I forgot lol I got a BURNT QUESADILLA FROM MY LAST MOBILE ORDER AS WELL!!!!!!!!

Im a local and I avoid going here. It’s not just one bad experience. It’s always something. The other day I went in there and was baffled. 4 workers and a huge line and not one person working on the line. One person doing to go orders, one in the cashier organizing chips, one replacing the food and one in the back, while there is a huge line and not one person making bowls… the time after that they sold me gauc that had no lime in it , horrible. They can also never keep the line clean. It’s disgusting. I gave up on this place. Worst chipotle. Don’t waste your time
