The guy giving me my food had an i don’t care attitude and then I ordered a bacon cheeseburger single with grilled onions and they just gave me lettuce they didn’t put cheese or bacon and like three pieces of onion.

This is by far the worst. I ordered a fish sandwich and it took 30 minutes to get it. It's over fried and fill with mayo or tartar. It's so hard that I can't find the actual fish. Just fried crust and fried cheese. Food is not cheap and to mess it up like this is a lot of money wasted.

In this Culver's is the third time that my wife ask for her sandwich with no pickles and no salt in the fries. Al 3 times food como with pickles and salt in the fryes. I was so annoyed that asked for a manager and a girl that can be my granddaughter she didn't even excused for the bad service and just said next time I can return the items. So instead of excuse for the mistake and mention to the employees to pay attention to the order, this means the next time it will be the same, but there is not going to be a next time for Culver's.

The place was packed on a Thursday night, so it’s clearly a popular spot for the St. Cloud crowd (all ages)—likely because there aren’t many other options around. Two of us ordered the bacon deluxe (single), and honestly, thank goodness for the bacon, or we’d be left wondering, “Where’s the meat?” The one person in our group who got the double didn’t have any complaints, which makes sense—the burgers really need that second patty to bring out any flavor. On top of that, the staff member who took our order didn’t seem too thrilled to be there and got two of the orders wrong. Luckily, someone more helpful up front fixed it quickly. Even so, it’s not a spot we’ll be craving anytime soon.
