Domino's Pizza

Placed an order online and took them 40 minutes to even get it in the oven. The new pizzahut down the road is way better and offers better service. I placed an order with Pizza Hut 10 minutes after this order and picked it up already (same exact order only took 15 to make ) and I’m still waiting here in dominos for them to make my food.

The pizza is ok but they lie about the wait times online. They say it's ready to keep their own times looking good but when you get there, they tell you it will be more time. As in they haven't even started your order. They take even more time to get to start the order then cook it

This place use to be great. Over the last 3 months however it has gone down hill drastically and is the worst experience every single time. I keep trying to give them benefit of doubt thinking maybe they had an off day… but several times in a row now it’s been horrible. I would suggest going anywhere but here

food is alwayyyyyyyys late. always. today was 19-34 min and i waited nearly an HOUR before it said it was out for delivery. ive called and complained once about this already, and stopped ordering. gave them another chance and they still take way too long.

This is tough because they started out so well but the last couple of times the service has been terrible. Once for car side pickup we were not brought our pizza and after 15 minutes I called in and they said they weren't notified. Now this time I ordered ahead for pickup at first it said 541 it would be ready then it pushed back by 10 minutes. No big deal I show up at 558 the girl asks my phone number I tell her her name started making my pizza at 528 she said that's me she looks at an empty counter and said I started and we got busy it will only be like 10 minutes. This is terrible service and not a very positive attitude. Management should fix these issues before they get worse.

Literally so disappointed, the dominoes by my old house was bomb. TWICE in a row I ordered my Alfredo pizza with extra sauce and TWICE there barely any sauce not even like regular amount. It’s literally the whole point of me going to dominoes.

food was good. but the driver didn’t knock, just left the food on my porch. i only found the food because i opened my front door to let my dog out. kind of weird because i didn’t leave a tip on my card, i was going to give the driver cash.

I give 1 star because they don’t have -0. I order a delivery, the delivery guy apparently got upset because I didn’t left a tip he throw the pizza on my porch and didn’t leave my soda. When I opened the pizza box the pizza was a huge mess. Don’t trust the delivery guys you don’t know what they do to your pizza.

I ordered delivery tonight. They never delivered the pizza. They did not refund my money. They never called to apologize or explain. They did not answer the phone at the store.

Delicious Upgrade!
I’ve been a Domino’s fan for years, but the new dough recipe has completely elevated the experience. The crust is now perfectly golden, soft on the inside with a subtle crisp on the outside, it tastes fresher and more flavorful than ever before. You can really tell they’ve put thought into improving the quality. Our pizza came out hot, cheesy, and full of flavor. Whether it’s a classic pepperoni or a loaded specialty pie, the new dough makes every bite better. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t in a while you’ll taste the difference!

Outstanding service.
Pizza was cooked exactly as ordered.
Front desk staff was very pleasant.
Restaurant was clean, but they do need to replace the front chair. The seat is cracked and there is only one. If you get there at the wrong time there is no parking.

Don't get the new York style, it's crap! The stuff crust was good though. I like the garlic knots also.
