Domino's Pizza

I ordered delivery tonight. They never delivered the pizza. They did not refund my money. They never called to apologize or explain. They did not answer the phone at the store.

Delicious Upgrade!
I’ve been a Domino’s fan for years, but the new dough recipe has completely elevated the experience. The crust is now perfectly golden, soft on the inside with a subtle crisp on the outside, it tastes fresher and more flavorful than ever before. You can really tell they’ve put thought into improving the quality. Our pizza came out hot, cheesy, and full of flavor. Whether it’s a classic pepperoni or a loaded specialty pie, the new dough makes every bite better. Highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t in a while you’ll taste the difference!

Outstanding service.
Pizza was cooked exactly as ordered.
Front desk staff was very pleasant.
Restaurant was clean, but they do need to replace the front chair. The seat is cracked and there is only one. If you get there at the wrong time there is no parking.

Don't get the new York style, it's crap! The stuff crust was good though. I like the garlic knots also.

Went here yesterday 6/20, definitely would say pick it up and take it home! Me and my friends decided to stop and eat together since we weren’t near home. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way (so everything ripped unevenly), and there’s a terribly loud beeping every 15 seconds it felt like. To top it off, i went into the bathroom and there was no toilet paper, paper towels and even better the water pressure is so bad the water barely even came out.

Service here has always been spotty at this location since it opened about 4 years ago. So much so, that we stopped ordering from here for over a year and drove farther to Papa John's. Even though this location is only .5 mile from my house. We'll even pay twice as much for burgers/chicken tenders at D.Q. near by because the food is hot, delicious and the service is great. We've tried ordering from here again and they're awful. The pizza's are sparse with hardly anything on them. They're room temp at best, even when you're on time to pick them up and the staff is very rude. I ordered food today at 4:45. It took 20 minutes to get started and a total of 40 to pick it up. The person made the excuse that it's Friday and they're always busy on Friday's. Everyone is busy on Friday! Not the customers problem! Close if you can't handle the Friday business and if the employees can't handle working when it's busy without being rude, quit! As I said, my order was in at 4:45, we'll before typical dinner time rush. I hate to see how rude this person gets between 6-8 or during late night rushes! Never going back! I've wasted my money on bad service and bad food probably 12-15 times at this location on and off in a 3 years. That's not good odds! Find another Domino's or go to the D.Q. next door.

Ordered food via the app and was notified when it was ready for pickup.

Domino's app selected the store as it's the closest to us and is only about 10 minutes away. Order went through but was cancelled, they left a voicemail that we are out of their range? I've ordered in the past from further locations with no issues but this store seems to only want to drive no longer than 5 minutes. With the crazy delivery fees you'd think they'd go a bit further but oh well, money will be going elsewhere I suppose.

As far as Dominos goes, this location is my favorite. Be realistic and know you’re paying Domino’s prices so you set your expectations. This location is fast, clean, friendly.

I've been a customer of this location for a few years and never had any problems with my orders. The Pizza is always well prepared with no mistakes. And the staff members are awesome. Thank you for your excellent service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

UPDATE!! Sent back the same driver who accused us of already eating the pizza and complaining to get free food!!! Mind you I didn’t get my money back and I sent back the previous order!!! Young lady proceeded to get disrespectful and tell me they will be blocking my future orders and I asked her to leave my property!!! Tomorrow I will be at dominoes and will speak to an actual manager!!! Never again!!!

Rant…..Worked a 14 hr shift today and didn’t feel like cooking, decided to order some quick pizzas from Dominoes Pizza so I can just relax before I do another 14 hours tomorrow. I usually don’t have an issue with Dominoes but, this is just ridiculous….looks like the driver dropped my pizzas, not to mention whoever prepared our pizzas also forgot the buffalo sauce and burnt the hell out of it!

Called the store, dominoes on narcoossee road, and they are supposed to be sending me new pizzas, so now I have to wait an extra 30 to 45 minutes for my food and hope that it arrives the way it should this time….should have just cooked!

We just placed an order of 21 pizza, the guy on the phone was super nice and when I got there he helped us get our pizza in the car!

Terrible service, they work with their hands without gloves, they charge you the same with one that they tear off their heads and make the pizza
