Today we order in the app as we have done many times before. We order carry out and since we arrived we checked in in the app so that they knew that we were already waiting. We called because it had been 10 minutes since we checked in and they told us that they were going to check the order. In the end, 20 minutes later we had to get out of the car and look for it inside the store. There was no apology, they didn't tell us that due to the delay they would give us the following order for free either. It was very inconsiderate.

Horrible customer service from this location. Ordered through the app and the pizzas arrived with the wrong toppings. Called the store and was told since I ordered through the app vs calling the store, there was nothing they could do. I’m sorry but why have an app then? We will not be ordering from this location again!

I ordered 3 pizzas and bread on Thursday. I tracked the progress on the app. I have ordered from this store before and had no problems, but this time……!After watching the driver drive off to the south, we live to the north, and then start heading back to the store , then stopping and heading back south, away from me. It has now been an hour since my order!I called the store and the manager Ken said it was being delivered. I told him it was not and the driver was lost. He told me he was busy and didn’t have time for this and he hung up on me.10-15 minutes later I called back and still no delivery. Ken was upset with me for being upset with him. He put the phone down and walked away. Eventually Corey picked up the phone and after a rehash of events Corey agreed to give me a full credit. 1.5 hours of my life lost forever, and I am still waiting to see the credit!

no one picks up the phone in store, i was on hold for three hours or more trying to reach a manager. i was hung up on several times. dont bother trying to work here because they both need help and yet refuse to hire any. terrible combo.
This place wants to charge me extra for barbecue sauce instead of red sauce. They wantna charge me as an extra topping. That's wrong. I can order on the app whatever sauce I want. And they don't charge the extra, but to phone it in they do. The Only reason I'm phoneing my order in. Is because I have 2 items in my basket and I can't get the second item out. No, thank you, I will go to a different pizza place.

The worst dominoes pizzas. .. so much so that everyone in the house got sick to our stomachs, I loved the pizzas until what time they make me sick thanks to how bad they prepare them there.

I got 2 deliveries from Domino's Pizza. The delivery drivers were both very nice and professional. However, there is no place online where your able to leave a tip for the driver. I had to meet the driver in order to give them a tip. Maybe I missed it but it should be easy to give a delivery driver a tip. I will have to say the two delivery drivers that I had were great. It's not a easy job and we should be able to tip them accordingly.
I know I can always rely on this particular St. Cloud location for accurate order!
