I went to Dunkin' Donuts this morning and was greeted on the intercom by one of the most rude people ever from the start. Zero customer service at all was just downright a nasty person to be talking to. Only to find out that his name was Jerry and he is the manager. On the other hand, the super sweet lady named Kiara was very pleasant. she was extremely kind in her approach to me even through my anger towards her manager who had been talking to me like dirt. when I expressed my complaints to her, she was super empathetic. I feel bad for the employees who have to work a shift with him. He clearly brings the negative vibes. i also waited for almost 20 minutes for my food.

Literally, I'm super considering never coming back here. The girl that just took my single coffee order not only tried shorting $4, but also made one of the poorest excuses for a coffee I've had in a hot minute. Training is essential, folks. And I totally get newbies. But for her to look at me dead in the face at the $12 she gave me and say it is $16 is so wrong. Do better.

Don't normally do reviews but this place has gone down hill in a hurry.. my wife and I use to go twice a day maybe more but now the people they have hired at this place are rude and don’t know how to make anything correctly. If you ask me it truly needs new management maybe someone that knows how to train and hire staff. Seriously disappointed we used to love this place.

Yall need to hire people with better customer service because i was in a great mood until coming to place my order and being cut off by the little boy at the window. I understand if you don’t have something but he could’ve said it differently. If you can’t talk to people right you shouldn’t be in customer service.
This dunkin is in an inconvenient location. It’s situated between an eye glass store and a dollar tree and it’s makes navigating the drive thru an issue.
The male employee who spoke with me at the drive thru speaker was very nice. I pulled up to the window and the woman who was working there didn’t acknowledge my presence. Which sometimes is nice, I don’t need to hear good morning, or have my order repeated back to me or told thank you have a nice day. Sometimes I want to be ignored and have a bag thrust into my face. She gets it.
The food? I’ve never had a wet donut before but I guess there is a first for everything.
I will avoid this location.

Terrible customer service, no greeting, no, you're welcome. Have a good day, nothing! Managers or supervisors look unhappy and talk about random shit. Employee girl eating ice cream by the counter, only friendly person was young man who was told to sweep outside?! Place sure has changed over the past 3 years. Won't be coming back! Whoever is running this location needs to have a training session ASAP! This was after noon when I came inside.

This Dunkin Donuts is a lot cleaner, the employees are a lot nicer, sweeter, kind and helpful and the lobby has more room and it’s stays clean, employees are always cleaning. They said hi as soon as we came into the doors. Bathroom is spotless. Will be becoming back to this Dunkin Donuts than the other on that’s by Starbucks and across from fitness cf.

Awesome experience with using the Dunkin app and then walk in to be greeted by name with my order waiting for me to pick up on the counter. Large hot Dunkin blend/w 2 espresso shots!

I have tried calling the specific store however unable to reach anyone, unable to contact anyone online because it’s requiring me to provide the “area of service” but will not let me select anything and then sat on hold for 5 minutes with the corporate line and after telling the gentleman my issue he said I was breaking up and then the line went out so going to google is my next option as I am not able to go back to the store at the moment. Today, at about 7:30am I got a coffee from this location. After I got down the road I noticed I had a black ant in my mouth, when I looked in my coffee there were SEVERAL black ants in my coffee. This is absolutely disgusting and this location should not be serving coffee until everything has been cleaned.

The place is so loud and unpleasant. And the woman screaming order numbers is unbearable. I almost left just because she sounded so angry and ridiculously loud. Will never go back.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever seen, they never have donuts. No matter if I order online or if I go in person. Aren’t you called Dunkin’ Donuts for a reason? This has happened to me now 5 times. I don’t know why I keep giving them a chance. I would really like to know what the store manager is doing? Playing video games on their phone? Like seriously.
