We were on the road and needed to stop to use the restroom. Restrooms very clean and afterwards we came out and ordered drinks and the staff was very friendly. My wife said her iced decaf vanilla was the best she's had in a long time.

This Dunkin is pretty consistent on how they make my drinks which is uncommon for other locations.A simple request I have is for the staff to put the jelly on the bagels again instead of throwing it in the bag with a knife.I’ve never had any problems or concerns with the staff, they are always pleasant!
