I rarely leave bad reviews on businesses because I understand how hard it can be to run one. Especially when you’re in the food business but my girlfriend has ordered breakfast for us from this location 3 times and all 3 times have been either the wrong order, missing an item or providing the wrong item. It is ridiculous that this location can’t get a simple order correct.

A recap of my recent experience at this Dunkin’ location: sorry our frozen machine is down (like mcds) we can’t make any frozen drinks today….sorry we’re out of medium cups so we put your medium iced coffee in a large but failed to upgrade the drink so it just looks like I’m drinking someone’s leftover large coffee…..we just have one question, would you like to leave a tip?….my wife warned me about this location.

Every time I go here, which I don’t even know why I still do, they get my order wrong. A simple iced coffee order is kindergarten basics. What’s worse is when I see it entered incorrectly on screen and then I correct them, they have an attitude. Then I get to the window, pay for it and it’s still wrong. Where is the customer service? I’ll be driving down to the other one in town from now on. As I never have an issue with them. I will go the extra mile to have it done RIGHT!

Nothing. Better than a quick visit to Dunkin'. Donuts for your favorite donuts, pastries and coffee, they always seem to have everything fresh, hot and ready. And I really do appreciate it.
I am writing this strongly worded review because I was personally disrespected by the employee at the drive thru window. I rented a U-Hall box truck to pick up shower supplies to build my walk in shower, so my brother and I pulled in to Dunkin to grab a coffee and hit the road over to Lowe’s to get the supplies. I was not greeted too kindly at the drive thru speaker. I was greeted with a mumble, started ordering and was immediately cut off with the lady saying, “do not order until it is your turn please.” Thank you. So I understood that and waited at the drive thru speaker a full 12 minutes before ordering and pulling forward. After I pulled forward, I was greeted by a skinny male with long black hair at the window. He was nice at first, asked how my day was going, cool. After he read my order, and I went to go pay, he then said to me “I can trust that you have money on your account before I swipe this?” At this point I felt truly disrespected. I have never in my life been asked this question. I asked him why he would ask that question. Just swipe the damn card! As he handed me my drinks, I told him in front of his manager to never treat a life long customer with 300+ visits a year across all Dunkin locations, without that much disrespect ever again. I will never return to this location PERIOD. So disrespectful.

The evening shift was so friendly and welcoming to me and my daughter while we were waiting out a thunderstorm on my motorcycle. I’ve been a regular drive through customer for a few years now and I’ll definitely continue to give them our business after tonight’s hectic visit. I’d pulled in when on my way to a school meeting, as a rainstorm was blowing in, and I filled up with gas. My daughter had also purchased snacks from the next door gas station. Then it started to rain even harder and began to thunder. We did not feel safe to get back on the road so we closed up the saddlebags and grabbed our gear and walked in to the DD so I could call in to the meeting. Martin was very polite and quickly took our drink & food order and said I was welcome to stay there to wait out the thunderstorm that was not seeming to let up anytime soon. It ended up taking an hour for the thunderstorm to slack up enough for us to load up and safely head home. The whole time I was there, Martin and his coworker (sorry didn’t get her name) were checking on us and also cleaning and serving other customers with a smile. This town needs more people like this!
