They can never get an order right, their phone is always disconnected, employees are rude

Every employee in this establishment is generally nice and good at what they do except for one. He’s a somewhat tall light skinned skinny guy w/ curly hair and tattoos with a face that makes him look like he’s always mad and has an extremely awful attitude and energy working here. he is exceptionally rude and in my opinion should be fired. He doesnt greet you in any way and hands you your order as if your the bane of his existence. Makes the experience of buying here extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Order a refresher. I was told it was too late to make lemonade to add for the refresher. According to corporate it was too late to make it. It was 5:30pm and it looks like they close at 8:00pm. Well corporate doesn’t like money. They were rude too.
Everyone I come to this place they have no Large Straws for my 6.00 drink he manager order some more it’s ridiculous four weeks in a row I’ve been coming. It’s in the truck order extra.

I always go to this location and have zero issues. But yesterday, the manager/supervisor on duty, Lisa was called over because there was an issue with the machine, and she was extremely rude to the employees!! She was extremely condescending and belittling two employees right in front of us! Nonetheless, it was extremely unprofessional, and it made us very uncomfortable. I sympathize with the other employees that have to deal with her! It just felt like a conversation they could’ve had without us awkwardly there at the window, and it could’ve been done with more respect from Lisa’s part. I will continue going to this location, but i hope to never have another interaction with Lisa again
