Order a refresher. I was told it was too late to make lemonade to add for the refresher. According to corporate it was too late to make it. It was 5:30pm and it looks like they close at 8:00pm. Well corporate doesn’t like money. They were rude too.

I always go to this location and have zero issues. But yesterday, the manager/supervisor on duty, Lisa was called over because there was an issue with the machine, and she was extremely rude to the employees!! She was extremely condescending and belittling two employees right in front of us! Nonetheless, it was extremely unprofessional, and it made us very uncomfortable. I sympathize with the other employees that have to deal with her! It just felt like a conversation they could’ve had without us awkwardly there at the window, and it could’ve been done with more respect from Lisa’s part. I will continue going to this location, but i hope to never have another interaction with Lisa again

As non US people visiting a US brand, we were, to be honest, disappointed by the donuts. They were OK, but did not seem light and fresh, rather seemed marginally dry. Not bad but not worth going back for either.
Very busy. They were short on staff, but handled it with grace. I ordered an iced Caramel latte. Very tasty!

I had a wonderful experience when I went to get coffee with my daughter. The barista was having to take and make drinks for the drive through, as well as the lobby. Very skilled and still managed to give customer service.
