As non US people visiting a US brand, we were, to be honest, disappointed by the donuts. They were OK, but did not seem light and fresh, rather seemed marginally dry. Not bad but not worth going back for either.
I had a wonderful experience when I went to get coffee with my daughter. The barista was having to take and make drinks for the drive through, as well as the lobby. Very skilled and still managed to give customer service.
Food is usually good. It's a fast food place. I am from Canada and have been to quite a few. This has got to be the slowest Dunkin donuts I have every been to. We ordered 3 drinks. And it took 15 minutes to come. I ordered 12 meals with extra at another place and it came faster than 3 drinks. Unreal how slow it was. Not sure if this is always this bad. I will avoid this one because of that experience.
