We placed an online order for salsa, guac and chips to go with the tacos we were making, their guac and SALSA is amazing as well have had it in the restaurant every time we go. The last time we ate there our service was so unbearably terrible that we swore we wouldn’t dine in again. It’s a shame too, it has been a weekly tradition on Friday or Saturday to have dinner and a margarita (or 5) there. It’s been a couple of months, I figured, since we’re doing a taco bar at home, and I’m passing by, why not get fresh salsa, guac and chips. Sure it will be a bit more, but a hell of a lot better than store bought and I don’t have to make it, so win win. Well, apparently their poor service extends to their take out orders… considering it’s Friday, we gave them an extra 30 minutes after the time on the order to pick it up. We get there, there is no hostess to be found, they are moderately busy, but we have seen this place crawling with people and it USED to run like a well oiled machine, no more. Finally the very server that has ruined this place for us comes up, offers to seat us, with a little bit of back and forth, we get him to understand we have a to go order, he brings it out, pre bagged, all seems well. Until we get home and indeed we received our chips, 3 bags. We received our 3-8oz guacs, no problem there. And our 32 oz salsa you ask, no, we got 32oz of chimichuri sauce. Not that I don’t like chimichuri, but I don’t need a quart of chimichuri, nor did I order that. Tried calling, no answer. After the 5th attempt, I finally get an answering machine from 1996. I’m not driving 20 minutes to go back and wait 30 minutes only to be disappointed. Sadly, we won’t ever be going back and I’ll place a claim on my debit card against them. Damn shame, this place used to be top notch, now they’re just a waste of time and money.

The red sauce should come back, the brown sauce is not the same and they should go back to the greatness. Not the below sauce

The food here is okay, but the service is absolute trash every single time I’ve been. The servers are lazy, inattentive, and clearly don’t care. They take forever to even approach the table, sometimes 10–15 minutes after seating, while literally looking at us but ignoring us. Drinks don’t get refilled unless you ask multiple times, napkins aren’t brought unless you beg for them, and half the time they’re too busy chatting with their friends or scrolling on their phones to actually do their job.

I’ve given this place too many chances, thinking maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but nope, it’s consistent. Every visit is the same shitty service. I’m done. Food might be passable, but no meal is worth being treated like an inconvenience. I won’t be coming back.

I visited Fiesta Azul after telling a coworker I was craving authentic Mexican food. He recommended it, and I’m so glad he did. We were actually headed to another local favorite, but traffic had other plans. When we pulled up, I realized we’d unknowingly driven past this spot countless times. The exterior is a little worn, so I’d never thought to stop—but I think this might be St. Cloud’s best-kept secret!

After a long work week, we arrived around 6 p.m. and found the place buzzing, with a line out the door. I figured we’d be waiting forever, but I spotted two seats at the bar and claimed them. Within seconds, we were greeted with warm chips and fresh salsa, and our drink orders were taken right away. My husband enjoyed a delicious OJ canteritos, and I finally got a jalapeño cucumber margarita that was actually spicy.

For dinner, I went with birria tacos—my go-to test of authenticity at any new Mexican spot—while my husband ordered an al pastor burrito. Those birria tacos were the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had plenty! Michelle and Pedro were incredibly attentive, even while making drinks nonstop. They both deserve a raise.

I’m so thankful I’m local—because we’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I were craving nachos and didn’t want Taco Bell, we found this place and didn’t realize how close it was to us. They did not disappoint! The nachos were amazing! We will definitely be back to try more items! The menu has a lot on there I want to try!

Worth the drive! Some of the best and authentic Mexican we have had in FL. Everything from tableside guacamole (made to order), to the ceviche (which by the way was... Wow! What flavor!), to all of the dishes we ordered. One after another, packed with flavor! Not one dish we ordered was lacking. The service was wonderful and regrettably, we forgot the servers name. Lastly, the pineapple upside down cake was the cherry on top of the entire experience. A MUST! If you are not a spice person, they have dishes that will accommodate your palette. But if you love spicy food, this place will not let you down. Chefs kiss 10/10.
