Firehouse Subs St. Cloud

My husband and daughter went here today to pick up lunch, we live about 20 minutes away and had other plans for the day, so they didn’t stay and eat in. My husband had to tell the cashier twice that my daughter wanted a TUNA sandwich, my daughter told me when they got home that the register lady seemed very bored and un-interested in her job, which tells me she wasn’t paying attention. When my daughter opened her sub box she realized she received a turkey sub, which was not what she order.. yes they should have checked before they left, but we normally have correct orders here and they were in a hurry to get back home. I called the store asking what we could do about this, because my daughter doesn’t eat lunch meat and we don’t have the time to drive back since that would be another 30-40 min. Round trip. The lady who answered told me they would just put a credit on our account and when we came in next time, they would re-place the order… Great! Well, she put me on hold to make sure this was okay, after being on the phone for 10 minutes she comes back and says my owner said we cannot do that, you’ll have to come back today and bring the sandwich back to have it replaced. I explained that we don’t have time to come back today and are not wasting more time and money for their error. She said there was nothing else they could do. I’ve worked in the food industry and the medical field my whole life and to me, they are not doing what they could to make this right and it’s a bit upsetting.

Stephanie is a horrible manager told me to come down to the store for a remake they messed up and get there and she says she can’t remake it…. Not professional at all

I ordered a turkey sub on wheat bread. The cucumbers and dill pickles were big. Only at this location I've noticed an inconsistency with the topping. The staff were friendly though.

Super small gluten free bun. It was already tiny but even smaller this last time. Same price as a large.

Staff is friendly, it always smells good. Stephanie is also very polite overall one of the few good places to eat in town.

It was always my favorite place, but last week I ordered 3 large subs to take home and it was a disaster, two of the sandwiches had no lettuce, almost no ham and too much mayonnaise, I don't know but I won't go back again.

if i could give them 0 stars i would. my wife and i ordered 2 subs. there was MOLD ALL OVER my bread had mushrooms which i did not ask for. my wife’s sandwich was completely wrong like they didn’t even care what they put on it. zero zero zero zero never coming back.

I ordered online a large Italian sub and medium New York steamer. The sandwiches were not assembled properly. The meat and toppings were on one side of the bread. Mayonnaise was thrown and extra heavy. The sandwiches were also cold.

4 staff, place not busy and still took about 25mins to wait for a sandwich. Reminder of why i dont come here anymore lol
