Good morning I’m a regular a the fortune but lately there pan de bono is cold , this is the third time I go there and the bread is cold ,very disappointed, I don’t think I’ll stop again please and tell them to answer the phone why it’s the voice mail check please so sad disapointed

I ordered cafe con leche. 7.00 seriously why. Why why. Is only coffee and milk. You are more expensive than Starbucks.

My family and I come here for their latte's. Fortuna has the best latte that you can enjoy without adding sugar to it. It goes down well with one of their cheesy breads. If you're lucky you get one fresh from the oven and it makes the experience even better.

Giving 5 stars for the Osceola but 1 for the St Cloud Branch.
The reason is the store hours, 6am-6pm on a saturday... who in this world wakes up @ 6am to eat pastries and they do close at the most important time of the day? On Sundays its even crazier 7am-3pm, what a joke...
So If I can't buy from them it's a nono.

I keep wanting to like this place as I always try to support local shops but I leave disappointed every time.
I order the Pan de bono and every time it’s dry and very crispy. The inside is almost empty.
This is my third time trying to get a decent Pan de bono and it was disappointing.
In comparison, the pan de Bono’s from Buen sabor in the plaza on 192 are much better.
On my first two visits I use to dine in and had the eggs with ham. Both my gf and I agreed the dishes were extremely salty. Last time. I hope by reading this post they can improve their food.

Haven't tasted anything yet but they slow as hell I have class in 30min already been here 30 min let me see if it was worth the wait ok it was worth it lol

Coffee is amazing! Their iced vanilla almond milk latte is really good! The wild fortuna is also very nice with a generous amount of whipped cream. The coffee is worth a trip. The cannoli was decent. I wouldn’t seek it out.

The products are very delicious, they strive for attention, Lorena served us very well and was attentive to our order... If you want to taste something from the typical Colombian bakery, it is a good place.

The quality has dropped a lot. I was thinking about the excellent pastries and croissant that I ate at the Hunters Creek headquarters and I ate the worst bits of an old and hard ham, a raw croissant and the green tea tastes like soap... what a shame they have standards have been lowered like this... that's the bad thing about making them a franchise, they don't monitor the quality, "I won't come back again" plus it's very expensive... my husband and I only had breakfast and it was almost $40...
