The food was ok but they gave me 8 wings instead of 10 and then were not helpful even though they admitted to making the mistake. Mistakes are totally understandable but it wasn’t good customer service at all. I talked to a manager and didn’t even get an apology, he just said we made a mistake.
Update, went back, food was still fine, management is poor in my opinion, forgot things in my order again and I called and they don’t take responsibility for errors they make with orders. Understandable from front line with turn over but this is directly management.

St. Cloud Gator’s is your typical sports bar establishment, tons of big screens, stuff for the kids to do, outside seating along with high top & booth inside. Staff is great, a lot of locals stop in. Food is typical, wings, nacho’s app’s sub’s & burgers. Good salads & sides, can be hit or miss on the food but generally very good. Stop in you’ll have fun.

I will not return to your establishment; this was unacceptable. Five waitstaff members passed our table without acknowledging us or taking a drink order, while a family seated after us received prompt service. We departed without being served. Although our previous dining experience was positive, our most recent visit was disappointing, and today, Father's Day, was particularly frustrating for me, a disabled veteran in pain, who received no service.
