Terrible service. Could have stayed all afternoon under the patio had the waitress done her job. đ¤ˇââď¸
St. Cloud Gatorâs is your typical sports bar establishment, tons of big screens, stuff for the kids to do, outside seating along with high top & booth inside. Staff is great, a lot of locals stop in. Food is typical, wings, nachoâs appâs subâs & burgers. Good salads & sides, can be hit or miss on the food but generally very good. Stop in youâll have fun.
I will not return to your establishment; this was unacceptable. Five waitstaff members passed our table without acknowledging us or taking a drink order, while a family seated after us received prompt service. We departed without being served. Although our previous dining experience was positive, our most recent visit was disappointing, and today, Father's Day, was particularly frustrating for me, a disabled veteran in pain, who received no service.
We got the steak bites and steak quesadilla appetizers. They were delicious! Their wings are really good!
Grilled hot garlic bro.
Great food served quickly by a great staff...Manager John Contreas came over and checked on us. Made us feel right at home
The rib and wing platter was large and very tasty. We had gator bites for appetizer which were very tender and moist.
I had the half rack of ribs dinner with sweet BBQ, delish!
Love coming here for wing. With an abundance of flavor choices there is no competition in town.
Shoutout to my boy Daniel and Vanessa, BEST servers in the house!

I hadn't been to Gator's in a long time. No waiting. Service was good. Food wasn't bad.

Service is always slow (almost non-existent) at this location. Been to many Gators, but St. Cloud needs better management. New waitresses and bar tenders all the time (probably get discouraged with low pay and low tips)

Every time I come the service is dismal. Doubt I'll come again.

They donât even deserve 1 star. We finally decided to go on Tuesday October 15 around 1:30ish for lunch and try their food. The place was almost empty, maybe 5 tables with people.
- Waited around 5min. To be seated by the host who saw us but decided to pretend we were not there.
- Another few minutes passed and we finally got the waitress who was mad about life or mad about working and all she said to me was âwhat you are drinkingâ
- 10-15 min. Pass and the waitress decided she was going to their âofficeâ next to the bathroom. We were able to see her but she never came back to take our food order.
- After waiting an insane amount of time we decided to leave.
I will definitely understand if they were busy, but they were not. Host and waitress didnât want to work. The only person working and enjoying her job was the bartender who was already busy working with her clients.

Went there for my 49th anniversary and we both had the shrimp dinner. Love that shrimp. â¤ď¸
