I previously left a negative review based on a past experience, but I want to take a moment to highlight how grateful I am for the way the owner personally handled the situation. Not only did he reach out to me multiple times with a genuine apology, but he went above and beyond to make things right.

On my past visit, the food was absolutely amazing—no surprise there—but what really stood out was the owner’s passion and commitment to his business and customers. It speaks volumes when someone takes full accountability and goes out of their way to ensure their customer service matches the high quality of their food.

I’m truly thankful for the experience and the care shown. Granny’s Southern Smokehouse isn’t just serving great food—they’re backed by integrity and heart. That’s something I’ll always respect and support.

Great service & food. Our 1st visit from out of town. Hopefully we'll make it back soon. We are working on building the Wawa down the street. My husband & I got the pulled pork special which included a beverage. My son got the brisket on top of the mound of fries covered w/ cheese. He could not finish it. Larger portions than anticipated. Loved the Hot fries. Thanks

Granny’s Southern Smokehouse is an absolute gem! The BBQ is out of this world! Tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked. All the southern favorites are done right, with that homemade touch that makes you feel like you’re eating at Grandma’s table. The service was outstanding. Everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out. You need to come and visit!

They have no idea what southern BBQ is, I'm from the south and this crap was disgusting, my cat eats better food. Well definitely not be coming back to this place ever again.please don't even smell like a BBQ place.
