Hanava Boba Tea

Love that they have a large variety and can control the sugar added by request. They have many types of boba including Crystal, aloe, regular, coconut, and more. The coffee drink is top-notch.

Awesome quick stop for a much needed boba! Not only is it on my side of town, but there's a good selection of different teas and toppings. The staff is very nice and helpful. And despite some of the reviews stating that this place wasn't that great, I chose to follow my heart. Definitely going to be a regular spot for drives home after work.

Just paid $10.70 at hanava for their lemon grass tea boba…. I could’ve gotten chipotle! There was more ice in the cup than there was actual tea….! didn’t feel comfortable asking for less ice didn’t really think anyone would add that much ice….
Definitely will not be returning since I’ll be leaving my paycheck here if I keep coming .

We recently visited Hanava Boba Tea in St Cloud Florida and had a mixed experience, but overall, it was quite positive. The ambiance of the place is cozy and inviting, perfect for hanging out with friends or getting some work done. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the visit pleasant.

We tried the classic taro milk tea with tapioca pearls, and it was delicious! The tea had a rich flavor, and the pearls were perfectly chewy. We also had the coconut milk tea with boba, which was fantastic. However, I did notice that the wait time was a bit longer than expected, especially during peak hours. It would be great if they could speed up the service a bit.

One thing we didn't enjoy was that the boba and popping pearls were itemized on the price, which made the drinks a bit more expensive than anticipated. Despite this, the overall taste and quality of the drinks were excellent.

On the bright side, the variety of flavors and toppings they offer is impressive. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the place, which is always a big plus. Despite the slight delay in service, the quality of the drinks made up for it.

Overall, I highly recommend Hanava Boba Tea. It's a must-visit spot for boba lovers, and I'm looking forward to trying more of their unique flavors in the future!

Came in during dinner hours just to be told they they were out of ALL fruit teas. Please tell me how a whole tea business runs out of the one thing they should always be stocked with? We drove over 30 minutes just to be told they were all out. At that point why even keep the store open? We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I love this place and the nail salon next door, service is great and I love that I can order while getting my nails taken care of. It’s alway delicious as well! Love seeing the new menu items!

Ordered the jasmine tea, and could not taste one hint of jasmine in it, we had to ask if it was Jasmine.lol!! Way too expensive, for something that tastes way too bland!

i went here with my sister to try out a new boba spot and was completely disappointed. i ordered the brown sugar milk tea with boba and first of all, why was is it $10.70?!?! crazy price but that’s not what got me. my boba was ROCK HARD literally couldn’t even chew it. and the milk tea wasn’t even good. so i went to go ask if i can just replace it with something else and they said they don’t do that, i asked for a refund, they said they don’t do that. then ended up just saying they will remake it but idk i could just sense the attitude and i they were treating me like i was dumb. they remade it AND THE BOBA WAS STILL HARD. i ended up just leaving i wasn’t gonna waste any more energy on them. extremely dissatisfied and it’s not worth the price AT ALLLLLL. my sister also order the strawberry milk tea and it awful. it tasted like powdered strawberry milk. they didn’t offer her anything when we politely told them we didn’t like it. my sister just ended up giving it back and leaving, that’s how bad it was. and not to mention we waited for like 3 minutes just waiting for her to acknowledge us she like she kept looking at us not even saying anything even tho she could tell we wanted to talk to her and we were visibly upset.

Strawberry milk tea was disgusting. Tastes like nesquik but worse, except i had to pay $10 and extra for boba. No exchanges or refunds allowed probably because they know how horrible their boba and drinks are. Boba was also hard as if they didn’t even prepare it. Customer service was horrible, they were very inconsiderate and did not satisfy any customer needs. The person at the register hardly acknowledged me and even as she saw me waiting she tended to other things even tho i was the only one there. Over priced, disgusting and terrible service. I have never written a bad review but this place deserves it. Gave my drink to them to throw out and left. Drove 25 minutes for nothing. Don’t come here, if you want good boba i really recommend mogee tee so much better and customer service is wonderful.
