Just ordered a large pepperoni pizza with a sesame crust, and it was perfection!! Hot, cheesy, and not greasy. I think I'll be on a Hungry Howie'd kick for a while.

Best go to pizza place in stc. Staff is really kind, fast and food is always amazing. Superbowl I'm sure was a crazy day for them but I got my pizza delivered fast and hot! Highly recommend for affordable yummy pizza.

Terrible. We ordered on a Friday night so I make allowances for being busy but after over 2 hours, we never got our food. Even called to ask and they said it was on the way, that was an hour into the 2 hours. I understand if they’re short staffed but letting us know when we called would have been nice. We canceled our order and won’t be ordering from here again.
Took my order at 9:30 and told me it will be ready in 10 so I drive to the store and get there at 9:48 but the doors were locked early and they ignored me standing outside and knocking at 9:49-9:55. Took a video of them ignoring me after they just let me place my order with time stamps smh. they could have just not taken my order lol

So yesterday I placed an order here I spent almost $30 and nothing came to what I ordered. Everything was total opposite. I called back the store to file a complaint and there’s literally telling me there’s nothing they can do the manager on duty called the general manager, Emily to tell Emily, what happened and Emily pretty much told her that I was shit out of luck and hung up the phone on her. The customer service at this hungry Howies is horrible. The management is trash. I called again this afternoon the next day and the manager that was on duty I told him what happened and he pretty much just laughed at me Phone and hung up that’s the type of customer service skills they have at this hungry Howies not good for business me personally this place deserves a zero star All the food that I ordered yesterday went straight to the trash so I literally spent $30 for nothing. I do not recommend this hungry Howies.

Ordered door dash from here and literally the whole order was wrong. All the items were wrong and multiple items were missing. Never seen such incompetence from a fast food place like this. I have had Hungry Howies in multiple places and never had any issues. This location needs to get some training for their incompetence including food restrictions and allergies.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I went and picked up an order my sister placed for my nieces birthday, which happened to be a large order. Once I got where I was going my sister noticed we were missing an item. When I called to get this correct the person I spoke with did not want to be helpful instead instead everything in the order was there and hung up, I called back and asked for the regionals number she refused to give it to me and said they have cameras. I hope that the cameras get checked so they can see I walked out with 7 boxes and not the 8 that were paid for. This was completely unacceptable and I look forward to hearing back from the regional.
