Today we went in for breakfast. Our waitress who isn’t named due to ZERO interaction over our entire service. Did not check in once. Did not refill any drinks or assist us in any way. She looked at our table multiple times. But asked other tables if they were okay. We had to get up and grab her to even get a receipt and complain about oily eggs that were soggy and bacon that wasn’t cooked. When we asked for assistance she got all defensive on how busy she was. But she was able to assist other tables and not ours.and when I was paying , she did not speak one single word to me and was talking to her customers. So when I chose to not tip for a $85 bill , instead of her taking accountability, she complained to her customers on her zero tip. I didn’t ask for her “undivided attention”(her words) , just decent customer service. If you have multiple tables , learn how to wait multiple tables.

Customer service was good, I really liked the lady I talked to over the phone but food could have been way better. My favorite IHOP is out in Missouri & I’m always super happy with the food at that one. This one on the other hand, did not stand out to me. I’m assuming the fryers need to be drained & probably haven’t been drained in awhile because the chicken tenders came out dark & didn’t taste as good as the ones I’ve had at other locations. The fries didn’t taste real fresh either but my son ate them anyways & the hamburger I ordered was pink in the middle so I didn’t finish it because I have stomach problems & that will make me sick. I’m pretty disappointed in my meal from here. I expected the quality to be a lot better.😕Spent $30 & 90% of the food went in the trash.

This location is conveniently located minutes away from my home. I have been to this location several times and the food is hot and good. I had the pancake and chicken this visit and everything came out piping hot and delicious. The service is good and the atmosphere is like all IHOP not anything to rave about. Good place to grab a hardy breakfast in the morning.
