They did not make a sandwich we ordered and paid for. Gave my kids the bag and when my son went back they refused to make it and wanted to charge him again. We wont go again. No stars!

The fact that you slice the meat fresh for each sandwich makes all the difference in the world! When meats are prepackaged they stick together and have no flavor. I WILL be getting my subs from you from now on!

I come here all the time and it’s great. I don’t know what happened, but today Sun. 1/12, the girl working was horrible. Didn’t greet anyone coming, didn’t acknowledge the pick-up delivery drivers that waited forever for her. One got tired of waiting and asked for his bag that was already made since he walked in.
She made all of my families sandwiches and placed them on the table and kept on making online orders with all of us waiting there for a long time without checking us out or asking what condiments we wanted. It wasn’t a busy day. She was just obnoxiously annoyed to be working. She needs to quit, or be fired if she can’t handle a consumer service job.
We ended up leaving without our sandwiches to eat somewhere else. Sure she didn’t care.

I’m in Florida visiting from Pittsburgh. PA when I went into the St Cloud location on 13th street on 12/27/24, when I entered the store no one extended a welcome at all. I ordered a #7, the first worker cut the meat and cheese, the second worker prepped my sandwich with the ingredients requested, when finished, he slid the sandwich down to the third worker who was responsible for cutting, wrapping and ringing up the customers which required touching the sandwich. When I saw that he was not going to remove the dirty plastic gloves which he had been using to touch everyone’s food. I then kindly asked him to please replace his gloves before touching my food, upon asking, the worker did not say a word, he just walked away and never came back to my sandwich. The other worker eventually wrapped my sandwich after it had sat there for a while. This is ridiculous and unacceptable and most of all violates so many sanitation codes!!! The food is not cheap and we as customers deserve much better treatment then this!!!! I will be reporting this type of behavior to the necessary authorities in charge!!!!

All the people that work at Jersey Mike’s on 13th St. are awesome! Always very nice and helpful. They have the best subs in St. Cloud.
We were helped by a young man named AJ, we had a large order and AJ was very helpful and attentive and very nice, he made sure we had everything we needed and he even offered to help us take the large order to the car, which he did! Great Guy!
