If you go to this place you better speak up. They can see you standing there for several minutes and they don’t even greet you or acknowledge you. I went to this place to pick up an order and this 2 ladies passed by me 3 times and they didn’t even asked me if I needed it something or if I needed help. Shame on you they have to do better. They need better training in customer service.

UPDATE BELOW.... So apparently somebody in the kfc in saint cloud can't count. We ordered the eight piece free bucket of chicken with fifteen dollar order. We received six pieces of chicken if that's what you want to call them with the order. These pieces of chicken are a size of a half Dollar. This is the second time i've had a problem with this place. I guess i'm done going here. But you will be seeing me tomorrow with the so called chicken. UPDATE: I did bring the chicken back this morning and the manager on duty was very kind. I explained the situation and brought back the pieces they put in the box. He made it right by giving me an order of eight pieces of dark meat. I wanted to make this review, right? So that's my update. Thank you to the manager.

Wow this place is on top of it. We went in and ordered food for the family and they forgot the extra gravy, but the time I noticed the manager Spencer was already half way out the door telling us they forgot it. Thank you Spencer for going out of the way and not only did he go out of his way to notify us that he forgot the gravy he went ahead and gave us an extra gravy for there mistake. Spencer your a great man for that

Horrible service had me waiting way too long with more than enough employees on staff and only one man sitting in already eating his food for a door dash pick up that was ALREADY READY. Anyone could’ve easily handed it too me had they cared enough to look at the front or come out of the office or stop talking I literally had to scream three times so that someone could acknowledge me.

They have some of the rudest employees. If you work their note: your customers are why you have jobs. I was their when an elderly man asked you a question and they walked away. RUDE and your dine in area is not the cleanest.

This location is clean. The service is good, and the food is typical for a KFC. Im.old enough to remember when KFC had the best of everything. Times have changed. But, if you like KFC, you will like this location.

Went through the drive thru with a coupon. The lady at the window was cheerful and processed my order quickly. Had my order and was on my way in just a matter of minutes from the time I pulled up.

This location in particular has good food. But their customer service is subpar. They are not really friendly but they will take care of you. It’s hard to explain. Anyways, it’s the closest location to my house so I frequent there.
Absolute worst customer service got my food. I couldn’t have been more polite, saying please and thank you with every question and answer. Still, my food was thrown in a bag, and she got an attitude when I asked for ketchup will never go back to this location again.
