This location in particular has good food. But their customer service is subpar. They are not really friendly but they will take care of you. It’s hard to explain. Anyways, it’s the closest location to my house so I frequent there.
Absolute worst customer service got my food. I couldn’t have been more polite, saying please and thank you with every question and answer. Still, my food was thrown in a bag, and she got an attitude when I asked for ketchup will never go back to this location again.

I have been to this place 3 times to buy food on my way home for the family, and it seems every single time they forget to put something in the bag. The first time they forgot to put the large Mac and Cheese second time they forgot to put the desert I ordered. The last time last night they give me a large mash with no gravy. Who runs this place for place for them to be so incompetent. I understand we are human and make mistakes but every single time is no longer a mistake. I hope the owner or somebody that can do something reads this and does something about it because I am no longer going to this establishment.

This particular restaurant is not the best. The staff are unprofessional, they're always talking amongst each other, they laugh out loud with each other, they don't acknowledge you when you come inside the restaurant, the food is cold, not completely cooked and they give you less food than what you've paid for. I ordered chicken and food was left out and they gave me a hard time to get my refund but I got my refund back. I've ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and found a surprise inside my mashed potatoes which was a Christmas tree hook inside my mash potatoes. I was so disgusted and disappointed with KFC. I didn't eat it nor took it back because I've made up my mind to never visit that restaurant again. One of the women's supervisors was very rude and short while speaking with me. This was the final straw. I will never go back. They are too unprofessional for me and the food is awful and not cooked all the way and the biscuits were hard and dry.

Came in today on my lunch break, got a 3 piece meal with coleslaw and a Sprite. They forgot to put my mashed potatoes in the order. I called the store and a manager named Sue was very apologetic and said to come back and I was gonna get a 2 piece meal for the troubles. I got off at 6:15 PM drove 15 minutes back to the store to find out that she is the morning manager and the Night Shift manager, said that I had to come back when she was there! He could easily give me the two piece meal an honor what she said, but instead, this location just lost not just me as a customer, but my whole team of five people who buy from the KFC at least once a week. Not anymore!

The girl at that time took good care of my drink, the machine had no ice, the soda came out hot from the machine and had a bad taste, the terrible food looked like it had been stored for 20 years, too many things should improve in this town, serve fresh food and keep an eye on the machine. soda.About the living room very clean and organized and play some soft music thank you
7 people (apart from the ones in the kitchen) and NO ONE wanted to come to the register to help. I was doing a pick up order that I got the confirmation it was ready at 8:45. It was 9:15 and still no order. The drink was warm and all ice melted by the time I got my order FINALLY at 9:20. Had to ask to have a new drink made. The manager, I am assuming, had to call someone up to help me and the guy (Alexis) had his kitchen gloves on touching the counter, the money at the register. Cross contamination much? I just hope the gloves were changed when he got back to the kitchen. Honestly don't even want to order from here again.
