OMG this is getting worst than church’s. The staff is very slow, been in the line for 25min or more plus to take the order was like another 10min plus there’s nobody inside ordering, the staff is just standing there doing nothing, the person that was in the window opened and closed the window and didn’t even said Hi. I would put the name of the employee but none of them has name tags. If I would be the one running the store I would fire all of them and put people that wants to work, I rather pay $20 per person an hour that can move 100 cars instead of having to pay $10 per person an hour that doesn’t move me anything, taking complains of everybody and taking losses.

Slowest fast food I ever being, 20 min wait on the drive through

Showed up to pick up an online order. Got it ored for about 5 minutes before I called someone over. Food is always good. Tables usually pretty nasty, wipe em off before you sit down.

Multiple times I have given this location a try, but I’m noticing every time they are so slow. Drive thru and inside both very slow. Manager needs to analyze the speed but the staff is nice.

This has to be THE SLOWEST fast food location I’ve ever been to in my life. The drive thru lane takes at least 20 minutes to get through and they always forget something in your order.

For years this has been the slowest “fast food” places I have EVER been. Literally ever!! Went in and ordered an order for potato wedges and it took 15 minutes. I’m assuming it would’ve taken a lot longer but I got frustrated and asked for a refund. The crazy thing is every time I go to this particular location I regret it. Customer service is horrible.
My suggestion to whoever runs this place, take a lesson from Chic-fil-a, less people staffed does not equal more profits, all it equals is poor service and customers choosing to go elsewhere from now on.
Definitely don’t recommend this place! If you have anything to do with your day don’t order from here.

The absolute worst drive through - this is the 4th time I have tried to go through the drive-thru and had to leave before getting our food(over 20 minutes between ordering and making it to the window). This time we went to Wendy’s and got our food before the car behind us even ordered.

The manager, Ginny, recommended I try the Nacho Bell Grande, and my life will never be the same ever again. It barely made it through the door of my house, because it was so good I devoured it in the car. I went inside to order, and I also noticed how ornately decorated the restaurant lobby was and how CLEAN everything was. Thank you for changing my life, Ginny! NBG is my new go to.

I went through the drive through and the people were nice so that's good. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. This is my regular order at any KFC. Well it was fine and all until I ate through half the sandwich. I noticed the meat looked off. I got food poisoning from bad chicken.
