What a disappointment! We came in at around 845 and were told they didn't do dine in as they are cleaning up. This is the first time we've been to a Marcos that has told us this. They close at 11 I've never heard of this before and the manager was very rude. It's truly insane and we felt so unwelcomed and discriminated against. We were even polite and asked if we could dine in and pick up after ourselves to be told flat out no! Customer service is truly lacking at this location! Hopefully they can do better at their new location opening. We will definitely not be back to this location.

I can honestly say this Marco’s Pizza served up not only the best pizza I’ve ever had, but the staff's attitude and energy were equally amazing. My friends and I had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend coming back. If you’re torn between Papa John’s, Domino’s, or this Marco’s Pizza location.. trust me, CHOOSE MARCO'S PIZZA! We went to this store to eat pizza and cheesy pizzas for the kids and the pizzas were good but the cheesy pizzas were raw. The children complained and when we looked at them they were uncooked inside. We went to the manager and she said it was fully cooked and pushed the pizza back. My son-in-law brought the pizza to the table but we were outraged that the person told us it was cooked when it was raw. We went back to the cashier to ask for the manager and the person who returned the raw food to us was the same person who had served us. On this occasion we complained the same and told him that we were not naive and that food was uncooked. She told us that they had had problems with the masses. They brought new ones to the table which we didn't want and we told them that they will keep them. We gave the complaint to the employee they sent and told her that we were making a complaint by email. Because she shouldn't have treated us the way she treated us from the beginning. If she knew that they were bad and there were 3 children, as she told us, that was well cooked and risked the health of our children.

This place used to be good but lately the pizza dough is not done to where I can taste flour. I’m so disappointed. Not many places to eat in this city.

The decision to have DoorDash deliver instead of Marcos employees is a huge mistake. I ordered from the Marcos App and then I watched on tracker in DoorDash last night as my delivery person picked up Chinese from across the street from Marcos, then pick up my pizza, drive a mile passed my house, and then back to deliver my cold pizza. Had to put it in the oven to reheat. I like Marcos pizza but going from the pizza getting here within 25 minutes from ordering and it being hot when it arrived, to almost an hour after I order and cold is a major obstacle in ordering from there again.
