I hadn't had Marco's pizza in a while but this time was kind of disappointing. The pizza wasn't bad but it's not like it used to be and seems like every other pizza food chain now a day. When they used to stand out to me. Especially with how much it cost I was expecting the same great taste from previous experiences.

I have been coming here for 5 years. Tonight will be my last time. Both my pizzas were burnt. I was given no apology for this inconvenience. They tried to give me store credit instead of a refund. Absolutely not. I got them to give me a refund. It’s a shame how people don’t take pride in their jobs anymore. If you hate your job get a new one. But if you cook people food you should be making it the best that you can. This place is another example why I avoid eating out anymore. I can make better pizza at home.

Places order on the app. Got email that pizza was done. Then email saying it was delivered 
.but NO pizza
.called the store and they tell me delivery guy hasn’t left? He’s now delivering the cold pizza, store basically said “too bad”. Not even an “I’m Sorry”. NEVER ORDER HERE - anywhere else.

Very disappointed I have had Marcos pizza before from other areas and I love there pizza,never had a problem with them,but I live in Saint Cloud and ordered from Uber eats.food was hot but pizza was not presentable ,at Marco’s pizza they seemed to have laid a rack on top of my pizza,,I called they admitted it can the cheesy bread,rack,they just apologized have a good day, no refund,,,they throw it to Uber eats, Uber eats just refunded 5 dollars nothing else,that was the tip money right there,I lost,,,what kind of business doesn’t have spoilage,that has to send a smashed up pizza, they wouldn’t even replace for another pizza,,,they denied to help me,,,a customer a client,,that’s hard working money,,,,not a good way to run business

What a disappointment! We came in at around 845 and were told they didn't do dine in as they are cleaning up. This is the first time we've been to a Marcos that has told us this. They close at 11 I've never heard of this before and the manager was very rude. It's truly insane and we felt so unwelcomed and discriminated against. We were even polite and asked if we could dine in and pick up after ourselves to be told flat out no! Customer service is truly lacking at this location! Hopefully they can do better at their new location opening. We will definitely not be back to this location.
