Have been waiting for 20 minutes to place an order at 1AM.
Arrived at 12:45 am did not get my food until 1:24 am, had place order on mobile app and was not able to cancel order. So had to wait for food. Spoke with casher who stated only 5 people working and 1 was cleaning. Food was hot and the 2nd window looked like a mess from someone cleaning. Not sure if they need more help or just close for a few hours to clean and get back to normal operations after. This wad my first time waiting this long at any fast food location. Also inside was close at this time drive through only open.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Saint Cloud. They never get the orders right, when I call they do make it right but I shouldn’t have to call after most every other meal that is messed up.

Not only do they not have self service drinks, the straws, napkins, ketchup not in bag long wait at counter. Definitely not up to MacDonald standards. Off my list to ever return.

I’ve always had a good experience at this McDonald’s, but my recent visit was disappointing. I placed a mobile order and followed the usual process—pulling forward as instructed and going to the second window to pick up my food. I had my window rolled down when the lady at the first window yelled at me, telling me that next time I need to stop at the first window for mobile orders. I apologized and explained I’d never been told that before, but she responded that I needed to be “cashed out.”
This felt unnecessary and rude. I’ve been here many times before, and I've never been asked to stop at the first window for a mobile order. It’s frustrating when there's a lack of consistency in how things are handled, especially when a simple apology from me was met with an unhelpful and somewhat harsh response. I hope the staff can be more understanding and provide clearer instructions for mobile orders moving forward.

I ordered the EggMcMuffin. Ordered tomato and mustard! The bag had no mustard, and even tho I was charged 59 cents for the tomato, it was two very small tomatoes, each the size Of a dime!

This place has really good curbside service. Not like most others.
When I pulled up to the first window to pay that guy was awesome. Talk to me in English and said have a great day. I pull up to the second window that guy’s talking straight. Spanish doesn’t ask me how I’m doing. How’s my day,I ask him hey how’s your day going, nothing back in English. Have a good one. Have a great day, sir. Nothing back in English just kept on talking in Spanish to the people behind him. I think that’s pretty rude I thought being in that type of industry, you were supposed to be kind and nice and ask people. How’s your day going? Have a great day. Thanks for choosing McDonald’s am I old school.

Since the new McD's went in this one has sunk to new lows. A large fry is half full and cold ,they seem to always mess stuff up now. Not sure if those working could.just care less or management. If you go here ? Its a crap shoot. The sodas were good. This is drive thru.

literally waited for my THREE items (one was a water lol) for over 30 minutes. staff was also rude when we checked up on our order. she rolled her eyes and said “someone’s working on it” while we watched EVERYONE in the mcdonald’s get their order. i understand being exhausted but come on😭
