Night shift: The fries are always cold, nuggets have been setting too long and are dried out, if I alter a sandwich -it is not freshly made, they add extra toppings to a sandwich that has been setting under the heat lamp for hours. In my youth, I worked at McDonalds and we didn’t put food out just to get rid of the customer,. I’ve sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes, only to receive food that should have been counted as food waste, so why the long wait? The prices have increased and the quality has decreased. I will drive further away from now on. Do better!

Ordered through delivery. 3 drivers arrived and waited for my food. 2 out of 3 left after over 20 minutes each. The last poor soul waited over 30 minutes and tried to help but the app customer service and the restaurant refused to help and get this order out as it was paid for by multiple sources. Now im hungry and I have nothing.

It all start with the man that I think is the manager. His charisma is very poor. Definitely spreading through the restaurant. He needs to go find that better job that he enjoys because he's making everything at this mcdonald's very low. No one has a smile on . Do better McDonald's!!!

Consistently have issues with employees and managers customer service. Staff in the drive thru have been consistently rude and disrespectful… always have something wrong with my food. Would rather drive 15+ extra minutes to go to the cross creek location. This is ridiculous, get it together.
I’m a little confused. I looked online and on the app to make sure this McDonald’s was open 24/7 before placing my order through the app. When I got to the drive through I was promptly told they were closed and would open in 5 to 10 minutes. You should adjust your hours if you aren’t planning to be open during the times specified online.
