Good evening-
Tonight, 10/17/2020, I mobile ordered my meal, a large coke, large fry, and 2 apple pies. The order was confirmed at 8:30pm and my card was charged. For the next 20 minutes, yes 20 minutes, I sat in pickup space 1. While there I noticed one of your employees, maybe a team leader or shift manager from how he interacted with the others, stand behind the counter, prep food, and go back to the rest of the kitchen area all without wearing a face covering.

The mcdoubles are a standout item, especially during mornings and afternoons. The atmosphere is clean and generic, with decent service throughout the day. The restaurant maintains good customer service and handles issues promptly, making it a popular spot with a bustling business. Food was ready in less than 10mins, fries hot and crispy, order ready as soon as customer walked in. Everything in bag down to the last ranch sauce. However, some customers experience slow service for their order, with the store focusing more on the drive-thru than on customers inside. Self-service machines sometimes aren't working properly. The men's bathroom has water on the floor that needs mopped up.
