Slow providing change asked me for a Pennie when actually owed me a penny. Had to wait just to drop in the donation box then gave food and walked off before I could Ask for ketchup and wait forever again. Men's bathroom they have sign yet water on the floor needs mopped up. Wendy's rocks and rolls all cylinders

Food was mid, tasted better 15 years ago. Self drink service is gone, and the workers are more focused on the drive through than the lobby. Luckily we had someone on lobby when we came in

Today is 4/20 Easter of all Days! Ordered and food was ready in less than 10mins. Fries hot and crispy, order ready as soon as i walked in. That was nice for a change.. everything in bag down to the last ranch sauce.. which we all know is a struggle to get without asking.. Thank you Mc,Dees, put this one in the record books! Happy Easter!

For some reason, every time I enter the store, it takes me more than 15 minutes to wait for my order. They focus more on the drive-thru than on the customers inside the store. Today, I saw a man leave while he was waiting for the cashier to serve him because the self-service machines weren't working properly. The same thing happened to me. I only stayed for my daughter.

This McDonalds is constantly closed around the morning hours repeatedly, around 3:00 in the morning once in a blue though they will be open which makes absolutely no sense. I feel as though it’s just pure laziness from the staff half the time they just turn the drive through menu off to appear as is they are currently closed. When I ordered recently you just hear the staff screaming in the background and cursing each other out about peoples orders “I ain’t even got no eggs right now” being yelled out in the background as I just ordered a breakfast item. Like no one wants to be hearing that while waiting 20 minutes in line for fast food. I get it ain’t a restaurant but at least try to make it somewhat fast. I know a lot of people don’t go around those hours but it almost feels like they hate serving the public around that time.

Bad attention. The food that is ordered to eat at the facility must be served by oneself. There is no machine to refill the soda, there is no place to grab napkins or sauces. You have to hope that some of the people who work there become unemployed or want to give you their attention. Terrible service, attention and distribution of the food staff.
They all watched us sitting in the pickup spot, 15 mins till they delivered the food. The store was a ghost town, not one customer. The drive-through was moving at a normal pace. I know the manager made eye contact with us but never increased his urgency to get us our food even though I ordered it 10 mins earlier on the app.

Manager was completely unhelpful. I placed my order through the app at 10:47am. I arrived at the drive thru at 11:03am. When I got to the window they only gave me one item from my order. I explained that this was not my order and they called rhe manager. When the manager arrived he stated that I was only charged for 1 item which was not true as the receipt showed I was charged the full amount for my order. He told me that it was because I arrived after 11am. I the. Told him I placed the order at 10:47am and per the receipt I arrived at 11:03am. I then told him I wanted a full refund he asked me for the original payment method I gave him my card and he made up a refund of different items. The customer experience was horrible as no further assistance was offered.
