This is my fourth time coming to this McDonald's because I live nearby and I come for my daughter who only wants the toy they are giving out at the moment. Of the four times I have come, none of them have I gotten the toy they should give, in the Today's case should be an adopt me toy and what they gave me was a sonic one, I always go and tell someone from the staff to exchange it for one for a girl and they always give me a toy that is not the one of the day , and today in particular they told me that there are no more toys that only had the sonic toy that is for boys and not the corresponding adopt me toy, these 4 times I have had to console my daughter because she gets upset and disappointed very much because they never give her the toy that corresponds and for which she wants to come to this place, she only comes for the toy, very disappointed for the fourth time and I am going to have to stop coming to this place because my daughter always finishes upset and sad, disappointing

I went to get a mcdouble, small fry and large drink with light ice a day ago. They have me a regular burger (1 patty). I called and they said they'd remake out when I went back. So I went back today, 2/18/2024 for my replacement mcdouble. I got the replacement and then ordered another mcdouble, small fry, and large drink light ice. Got to the window and they clearly gave me way too much ice. I asked, "is this light ice?" And they replied, "yes, the ice is only up to here." I can clearly see the ice. It's closer to extra ice than regular. Then I got home started eating and the fries aren't even salted plus both mcdoubles somehow are covered with ketchup on the outside of the buns, pickles are on top of one another. It's clearly a mess. How can you send such extreme mess ups out to your customers? Ridiculous.

Food was made wrong as usual. When I called to have it remade the manager Amber was rude and stated she wasn’t going to remake anything and hung up in my face. She also stated the frappe machine was down for the day but when I went inside I was able to order one. The staff is always rude and slow.
