Ordered the three meat combo. Sides were okay. Ribs were bland as they can be. No seasoning at all! Lots of smoke and no flavor. Sausage is definitely store bought. Nothing special about it. Brisket was tender but extremely bland as well. Not sure if they ran out of salt and pepper, but man… at least something. Mac and cheese was meh. Walmarts old crusty mac and cheese tastes better. Not much originality from this place. It’s just an overhyped microwave and warm joint.
Been going there for years. The last 6-7 times have been terrible. I’m a benefit of the doubt type of guy, but someone has to do something about it. Otherwise, the next big box or mom and pops will destroy your restaurant. Good luck!

Lunch special wasn’t bad very tender, BUT THE SAUCES WERE HORRIBLE sweet baby rays is the best option the rest were laughable in taste my fountain drink was watered down straight from the tap may be different for your visit though

CATERING WAS INCREDIBLE! Our kids got married this past weekend, and wanted their favorite BBQ place as their wedding meal. The event was an hour away - and the food showed up hot, the team was highly efficient- and I venture to say that the catering was better than in restaurant. That says a lot! Keep it up!

We visit St. Cloud a couple of times a year and Meat and Fire is always one of our stops for dinner. I got the brisket dinner plate which comes with three sides and a choice of cornbread or garlic bread. The brisket was very tender, the beans were very tasty, and the cornbread was very moist and delicious. I feel that the Mac and cheese and potato salad has changed since our last visit but it was still good

The ladies working up front were great. The food was not seasoned to my taste. For want my wife and I prefer for BBQ, this isn't for us.
